    설로인 갈빗대도 없는 맛없는 부위갖고 숙성 어쩌고 하는데.. 안먹는게 맞음. 소금 치고 30분 두는거, 그걸 식용유에 굽는거, 그리고 아무것도 안하고 레스팅이 아닌 방치하는건 기름뿐 아니라 육즙만 빠지는거임. 맛이 괜찮아 보이는건 고기를 기름에 튀기니까 당연한거

    우리 먹보들은 레스팅따위 기다릴줄 모른다.
    그리고 구우면서 바로 입으로 넣어야지 그걸 또 꺼내고 썰고 이런 동작낭비는 원치 않는다.

    설로인 삼겹살 사먹어봤는데
    솔까 맛이너무 없음 고기육향도 없고 고소함도 부족하고 진짜 맛있을거처럼 설명이 되어있어서 기대 엄청 했는데

      진정한 삼겹살 구이는 기름을 먼저 뿌리고 굽는게 맛있어요 :) 겉이 바삭하고 속은 촉촉해져 육즙이 나오는걸 방지해주죵

      @@user-pv5xb1il7k 코팅팬 말고 저런 파스타용팬에서는 식용유 조금 두르고 구워야지 잘 안 달라붙긴한데 굳이 마음에 안들면 비계만 조금 가위로 잘라서 팬에다가 발라줘도 댐
