Hello Alyssa. I’ve just started watching your videos and they are helping me. I have a lot going, ie new hip 1 yr ago and waiting for my other one. DDD and I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis and found out I had old. Impression fractures. My problem is massive lower back pain and I still limp after my new hip from 1 yr ago. My question is, can I combine exercises for DDD as well as for osteoporosis? Thank you so much for helping us.
THANKYOU Alyssa. I'm 53, my job had me standing all day , causing osteoarthritis in my left knee. I just found your videos. You saved me from ALOT of pain.❤
Love your exercises as you take your time and showed us how to do it properly. That helps a lot and not only that you explain and did it properly. Thanks Alyssa. I catch up quickly. Great job.
This was a perfect workout video for me. I am waiting for a right hip replacement and cannot do very much physically . This video was great. Thanks so much.
These videos and shorts are so helpful. Your balance and hip strengthening exercise tips are a game changer during an autoimmune arthritis flare when someone is so overwhelmed with pain that it's easy to forget PT skills or just need small movements. It's truly a gateway back to balance and strength. Please do some for those with both Ankylosing Spondylitis and DDD, specifically some love for that SI joint while protecting the discs. Is there more for folks with both to focus on?
glad you like them! This can be a great beginner workout to lubricate your joints and work on simple balance and strength. Core strength is incredibly powerful too. More videos coming.
Love seeing women of multiple ages doing this!
always looking for more ways to show exercises! Glad you enjoyed it!
God bless, Grandma! She’s a champ! 😉

Good morning. Thank you for a great workout. Have a wonderful day. The beach is beautiful. Your mother in law and her mother did a great job 👏

I can do 5 thenstarts pain
I was able to do these exercises but when I try to go out and walk I come back in pain. Should I eliminate the walking for now?
You don’t necessarily have to eliminate it right away. You could reduce the distance and see if it feels any better.
❤
Thanks for watching!
