Dear god the portrayal of Shrek was legitimately terrifying, was on the edge of my seat and I honestly had no idea if was going to attack or not. Brilliantly done can’t wait to see what happens next.
An impeccable episode. This was cinema level quality. So nostalgic too. The shots were literally what you’d see in the movie theatre, and the visual effects on certain characters as well were mind blowing. Hearing the off brand soda song in the Kroger was amazing beyond words. Seeing Father John (my favorite character) again too made me so happy. I can’t wait to see where this goes, I’d even assert that this is the best episode yet!! Thank you Jake for creating this and keeping it going. You are truly talented!!!! JUMP ON IT PS: yes it was also absolutely worth the wait!!!! I recall telling people in the comments on the last one that because of the time passing that the next episode would be better than ever- and this has proven me right!!!! :D

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Shrek's refusal is basically the 'Chekhov's gun' or whatever that's gonna be subverted later. Also, the "Shrek" is great. Pairs nicely with the 'super-realistic' art direction of Season 2's Samsonite model. It looks a lot like he's made of clay.

The Uncle Samsonite series has to be one of the most inspiring things for me. It’s just some guys making little movies, which is something I wanted to do for so long. It just shows that just having an interesting story and some editing magic, you can create something fun to watch, without needing to be professional like real movies.
My heart is fleeting, so long have I waited, my feet can't sleep, I am married to soup. The deep curtain flow over the will't of Bolvian children. My curtains run through the gaping hole that leads forth, where not but they dwell but the magnum cheesecake holds true.
