Honestly, I feel that either version of their scripts, both original and modded, are perfectly suited for their character styles. The entire ivalician lore set for Square was a perfect setup for storytelling.
would like to see another game set in ivalice but squareenix has a hard on right now for the live service model which has destroyed potentially good titles, ff16 is closest we're going to get to that kind of setting
@@caiovong as a FF7 fan, I'll be the first to say Square is treating it like Activision treats call of duty. Since 7, a lot of FF games felt like 7 derivatives. 12 felt like a game changer because it felt like the whole medieval vibe of the older FF were making a comeback but with more modern day updates. 15 was an utter disappointment for me and it had the potential to be one of the best FF titles had they kept the original Versus 13 ideas for it. Ivalice is definitely my favorite FF world and its games have such an appealing lore and themes.
@@Thiago_Alves_Souza feel much the same about 12, it certainly was a mix of their older and newer games but vahn really killed me for me being a whiny male protag, balthier really carried the cast when the versus 13 trailer came out I had never been so hyped for something only to be disappointed and never hearing about it again, square was having a bad time during those years but ff14 really turned it around for them after they launched realm reborn, truly a miracle story just when they needed it problem is they've been throwing that money at some lack luster games some of which are failed live service models like outriders, avengers, and babylon's fall but I'm holding out hope that ff16 could be their next success
I really wished there was more voice lines in War of the Lions considering it is a updated version and had cinematic animation paired with amazing voice acting. Also this is really amazing and would be nice for a mod.
If the rumors are true that there is an FF Tactics Remake in the works (I think the same guy who leaked that the FF7 Remake was real also claims there's a FF Tactics Remake coming, and a SquareEnix dev "let it slip" during an interview at one point that "The Tactics team is incredibly busy right now"), and I am cautiously optimistic and hopeful that those leaks/rumors are true, it's very possible that we will actually get to hear these incantations fully voiced for the first time in Tactics (yes, they were voiced in FF XIV, but I'm talking about within Tactics itself, as it's the "source material"). In any case, I would be over the moon if a Remake of FF Tactics was announced (and if they put it on modern consoles, they could make it look *gorgeous* to boot, not to mention the possibilities for multiplayer modes!), particularly if it meant I finally got to see a fully realized version of Agrias for the first time (she's my favorite Tactics character, because she saved my butt so much when I fought Queklain/Cu Chulainn for the very first time. If not for her, I would have lost to Queklain, I have no doubt in my mind.
The only mod for WotL that I know of is the Valeria mod, but that doesn't add voice acting or anything, it just streamlines the game and also modifies how some of the Jobs work while also heavily reducing the unlock requirements for Dark Knight. Sadly, I can't even figure out how to apply the Valeria mod myself as I haven't been able to even find a guide that explains how to do it.
@@caiovong Considering War of the Lions is already a "remake" of the original, my gut tells me the odds of a more modern remake being released would be slim to none. Though I'd be ecstatic and would buy a modern remake in a heartbeat if one ever came out. Especially if it played more cinematically in battle like how battles play out in Lost Eidolons. That would be amazing, and they could make Holy/Dark/Divine Sword skills incredibly flashy (and hopefully they could even give our "generic" units access to both Holy Knight & Dark Knight, while keeping Divine Sword skills unique to Meliadoul & Orlandeau....ideally without the absurdly steep unlock requirements that Dark Knight has in WotL).
Eh just my opinion but i think the voices are trying too hard to sound majestic. I believe it should sound more natural like humans talking. I know the voices are in Jp but opera omni did a good job at voicing agrias attacks. I believe it would need to be similar.
😅 bruh, this is literally humans from like 2017. You not only showed you didn't know what you were talking about, you showed you're a bad judge of acting
It's not AI generated, the voice line is directly ripped from FF14's Return to Ivalice Alliance Raid Series, where Agrias, Mustadio, Cid Orlandu and other characters from tactics appear.
I love how Cid just reads a whole ass novel before he attacks.
this is the abridged version, in the anime it actually lasts three episodes

Original or modded? Huh
What's "Original " and what's "modded"? Did you mean the old script and the new script???
Here from the future to say 16 is a success imo 😊
By far my favorite female final fantasy protagonist.
she needs her own game, a story predating tactics that shows her relationship with ovelia
@@caiovong or after, having her save ovelia~
They misspelled her name though. It’s Agrias Mother Fucking Oaks.
When Mustadio accidentally swallowed Construct 7's voice module. XD
Man, Agrias is such a badass
I'd use her for awhile, but soon as Cid joins the party she might as well be abandoned lmao. They share the same skills, but Cid is just stronger.
@@udalix I just double up. They are a god team IMO.
This is like my favorite FF14 raid, the music is great but the voice lines just has so much passion and intensity

Well clearly we need another remake with voice acting..."Life is short. Bury! Stasis Sword"!
Man the original script was so iconic!
@@MoonMagicksIt had some great ones but there were way too many grammatical errors and things that just didnt make sense
The new ones are just a bit too wordy. How can you compete with _Absorb power in the sky and strike! Lightning Stab!_
i wish this was a thing, cause i always wondered as a kid that can this actually be a voice dialogue for the characters
we'll be lucky to see even a hint of a fully voiced remake in the next decade but one can only hope
I’m freaking love the english voice cast for Agrias in FF14

I like it, the lines are out because they both supposed to be holy knights not dark knights however nice. Agrias and Orleandeu raise your voices!
there's a gotta be a mod for fft with voices for special attacks like this
you speak of the dark magic

this needs to be a mod
if there's a remake hopefully it can be just be part of the game like what they did with tactics orge

just want to let you people know that there's a Skyrim mod that let you do these Sword Arts

Agrias -> final fantasy
Orlandu next nephalem who killed diablo? Too brutal voice
yes yes yes
We need this version of tactics: NOW
Why does Cid sound like Darth Vader
Cid had extreme hate for the kitty.
I can't believe Mustadio's voice sounds like a robot lmaooooo
He is a robot in the scenario this is taken from.
Geez Agrias calm down
There is agrias and Orlandeu in ff14? What?? Could someone explain?
In FF14’s second expansion, Stormblood, they appear as guest bosses in the 24-man raid instance.

In the FF 14 raid they've been transformed into giant mecha knight boss monsters hence why they sound so over the top and inhuman.
Sounds like Balthasar Gelt

That AI voice acting generator isn't for orlandu , this is a example , he should of have Sean Connery or Christopher Lee etcetera dub like voice actor
