    What way will you be using to find the key scale for your song or beat? 🤔

    this tutorial is a god send. I normally start a track with a sample loop & try to figure out the notes by ear which is trial & error, & takes forever. using method 3 I uploaded the sample to audiokeychain & within seconds it gave me the key & BPM. checked the piano scales site & it shows me which notes fit the sample, all done in no time at all. thank you

    If you own GarageBand select ‘follow song key’ under settings. Then simply audition the dif keys via the LCD measures/time counter display right above or below the tracks-timeline depending on the version. It will change the pitch for every key you select, except for one, because that’s your key.

    Bro ... Excellent Excellent Excellent info ... you have no idea how hard it is to find info like this in detail on TH-cam... Please can you give me some advice .. I have been for the last 3 weeks been using reason software to make beats and i started trying to understand more about music theory as much as possible and i understand more and more each week but still no fully sure how to use it in my producing .... therefore here is my goal ... when i open up my orkester sound bank i see most of the instruments labeled with its key notes. So if i am correct by watching your video if i already have the key note for example bass trombone C1 then i go to piano scales site you gave and see what are the 7 keys total matching this scale? then find only the same bass trombone with the same key notes or other instruments from that 7 correct? ....... should i just make a folder of all of the instruments labeled within each 7 key notes under each octave? so i can easily match instruments when i am making beats? Please any advise would be highly appreciated ..... I wish someone would make a video on this from making beats from scratch using instruments one by one by matching these keynotes. God Bless Bless Bro

    This is a dumb question, but how do you get the instrumentals to show up in the mixer? (like how you have one beat in Insert 1 and the other in Insert 2). I can have them in the playlist, but they don't show up in the mixer.

    • @peter3273
      @peter3273 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Go 2 the Channel Rack and put them on the Mixer. Or in the playlist you just gotta Double click the instrument and then there is options. U don't know how to explain Well this Give a Try. In the Channel Rack is more east and make dire Instruments are "Cut" on the Channel Rack By Right Clicking so your Instruments Don't Clash on the Mixer.

    • @Lovedontend
      @Lovedontend ปีที่แล้ว

      Double click the beat and at the right top corner of the box select the insert you want the beat to be on

    Ehhh. I’ve been doing the pick by ear method and I’m about 98% right doing it that way. If I ever have to make sure for my clients I just go in the booth and sing something random and tune it up and bam there we go. Pretty much fool proof.

    Manually:: any reason you started on c3 etc rather than c2 c4 etc etc ..... And why alll of a sudden 7 easy keys turned into c sharp , b flat n all the other stuff we have NO clue about as this is a begginer video u said. Then your ear knows which key is ... "in tune" "out of tune" etc etc ..... Our begginer ears dont know and you know it . As for the other two its a much shorter video if you just say go buy autotune and name a few plugins ... surely?
