Hey, we are using redirect folders and profiles with appdata. We have issue with black screen, explorer hang out on endpoints. And on some user is sync issue and comflicts, i dont know why and how i can help users. They cant work

Not true.. that was Azure Active Directory..

Its Azure Active Directory, now renamed to Microsoft Entra ID. The old Active Directory Domain Services is still there with the old name.
