Also gives a good amount of info that you can't know when watching the released movie about a dozen times.

Where is the Quark deleted scene?
THEY BUILT AN ENTIRE LIBRARY SET, JUST TO NOT SHOW IT IN THE MOVIE.
Actually, the library set was a redressing of Voyager's engineering set - the wall behind the head librarian is obscuring the warp core (in some shots you can see the upper level of Voyager's engineering set)
They need libraries about as much as we do now 99.9% of everything is on computers.
that extended kiss scene was 100% Patrick Stewart's idea
