*don't see any link for the house tour, but it kinda sucks that they divide those houses up like that with the up stairs and down stairs like that, speically since the houses are so old to begin with*
You made a good choice on what you chose Marcel. What a depressing tour on renting choices. Could be worse, could be in the middle of winter on moving too.
Well that is discouraging, hey just a heads up. We moved from Alberta Ave. to Leduc. It's amazing, almost every house here allows pets. The prices are about the same, just you get so much more home/yard for the same $$$ Commute, it took 35 min to get to my part time job on Jasper and 106 and 45(ish) to get to my part time job by the Space Science Center in the west end. Hey if you want to learn more about Leduc contact me. It isn't as bad of a commute as I thought. And not so bad a town. We Bought our home in South Park. Cheers, Wes
my daughter just got a place on 112 ave and 97th....iffy neighborhood...but a real nice place. both floors..no garage but a triple parking pad..fenced...1400+ utilities.
Shelley is one lucky gal! She's won more stuff in the past 2 months than I have in my life. and what is up with the prices there? remember the beach house i lived at? 1400/month and that's out here! on a wicked beach, 3 bedroom, fireplace, garage, tool shed(s), i'm glad you did eventually find a place tho. Cheers my friend.
+paradoxdesigns crazy luck eh. edmonton has to much money.. greedy fukers. yes i remember your pad nice. got to remember we are right in the city. thanks buddy.

Ya man I noticed that you were first. I just took a look at your Chanel do you have a video of the finished cart yet and where did you get the plans for it or was it your own design
+John Walsh the huffy mower? no there wasn't any plans, I did finish it but I sold it before I made a video, somebody made a good offer. I just kinda went with the flow
Wow Marce... The prices are outrageous... Here in Ohio you can get a nice 1500 sq ft home in a nice neighborhood for around a grand... holy crap! so much for what ya get!! renting is such a scam! I hope it was really worth it move out there. best of luck bro, hope all goes well for you and Shelly!
Ah nice to see Nait again. haven't seen that in 20 years. Edmonton is such a shit hole I don't go many places here no more. spend all my time up north.
Always funny when people want to rent out nasty houses @ top price! After winter we're going to be house hunting again. I think i'd haul that shit to their front door, kick it out and say here! Glad you all found something, i know the moving stress too well. Can you link me to the link below to the link touring the house? I've finally found some good deals on Ferd trucks, after i done went and bought another truck. Have a good'nnnnnnnnn
I could but the bank that the work going to the bank taking out loan and never paying off a house means capitalism never worked you got to lie all the the time in capitalism, go on ei or workers compensation.
Almost as bad as house hunting for a house you're buying, lol Did you know landlords cannot exclude you just because you have pets they are considered a member of the family
+marcelstjean interesting, some good information to know, I meant to say this earlier one way you can find out if a place is well maintained talk to the neighbors.
Your from Sudbury originally? I lived in Edmonton, Lethbridge and Calgary. Now living outside of the Sudz and LOVE my house. No way I was getting a house like this in Edmonton for $249,000. It's like that in most major cities. Considering they're trying to find a house close to Shelly's job, they're probably looking in the downtown area. As you can see from some of the houses, some are next to newly built ones. That's the revitalization of the area. Unless they're willing to shell out some serious cash for a decent house, it's better for them to look on the outskirts of Edmonton.
Edmonton is a dump. Take it from an actual Edmontonian, Calgary is better for housing and driving and even then best place to live on Earth is Denmark, New Zealand, or Sweden.
Well happy house warmin from back here in the O-land Marc & Shelly ! I looked at probly 50 houses b4 we bought i know how much it sucks .

What does it cost to buy a small house outside the city? Is that an option or too expensive still? Then you don't piss away your money to a landlord.
