That is the profile we use when creating/editing artwork. When customer's submit to us, we'd like them to save it in the same profile so when we open it, it will remain the same. you dont seem to be using any margins .... does this mean your printer prints edge to edge? Do most DTF printers print edge to edge if i were to use a UK company?
We don't worry about margins when creating the artwork. As long as I keep our gangsheets within 22", we can load up the artwork and it will print on our DTF printers with preset margins. Some people print edge to edge but we've found it more beneficial to print our sheets with the colorbars.

Yes, prepare each file separately so its cataloged and saved. Either way it gets converted to CMYK for printing.
