Um, you realize, of course, that Jimmy is one of the writers for the show, yeah? As in, it's possible that he himself wrote that joke. Not saying that he did, just that it's possible. He, at least, was probably in the room when the joke was written...😂

you do know, that ALL of that is pre-written right? those two are not comedians, so all their gags are not spontaneous banter, but learned lines. You can actually see Rachel remembering her lines. You can't win against somebody like Jimmy, who is famous for destroying hacklers, without him concenting to "being owned" prior to recording.

@@marzadky4934 That is what I was just thinking, maybe Racheal is telling us something. Imagine what that set is like when the cameras are off, the deleted scenes would be gold. If this is what they air, think about the "too rude for telly" scenes. For example there are lots of comments that say Jimmys stand up is a lot worse/better live, than what they show on the dvds or where ever it is released now lol.
To be clear this is one of the funniest shows around imo, plus learning 🤣

I remember when I had read one of his books, I remember that for about five minutes I understood the whole thing. But after just a few minutes later, when I started something else, I couldn't grasp the concept anymore. I don't understand how he could have all the concepts and theories in his brain with the limitations he had.
He had a brilliant mind and was truly a unique and great thinker.
And as you say, he had a good sense of humor and self-distancing. Just look at when he was in The Simpsons. He had no problem making jokes about himself even though he probably didn't have the easiest life.
@@erikaskeroth9720 he was also on the Big Bang Theory several times. The cast were genuinely gutted when he died. Truly a gifted and extraordinarily clever guy. I've not read any of his stuff because my brain gets fried thinking too much as it is lol.

@@danimayb yeah, if you don't do it within the 30 secs timer (she gets even more time since Jimmy goes thru others first) then it is a "failure" and Jimmy even tells her sometimes oh, the answer you were suppose to get a while ago? When she finally gets it done. It has happened only "few" times tho.
@@lovelywaz It's happened on the the normal countdown, The timer doesn't actually count for her lol She just needs to get an answer and then show it if A: No contestant got it, And B: if no one did it her way. Jimmy is just joking cause it's comedy you know :)
