That sounds like quite a project. You should have took part in Jubileumsvasan, then they skied on some proper old equipment haha.
Thank you for the video. This year, my friends and I have signed up for Vasaloppet 45, but I have to admit that we are all beginners with less than 100 km of practice on a track. We have been training for almost a year now, but our technique and experience on snow are causing concern. It would mean a lot to us if I could reach out to you for some tips and advice about the race. I have tried contacting other previous participants, but unfortunately, no one has responded. I understand that it may seem crazy, and most people probably think we're crazy for entering the Vasaloppet 45 as inexperienced cross-country skiers. However, we've dedicated a significant amount of time and effort into training hard outside of the tracks, and we're determined not to give up. I am really looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

Thank you@ I have already got in touch with another ex-participant and got some pointers and tips we needed. Thank you so much for responding. :) Good luck with the race 🙏
How do you recover from the vasalopet? I hope you had a great race.

Usually by eating a lot haha. Not sure how it'll be this year though as I will be out skiing for much longer seeing as I'll try to film it all. Also I'll go there by train so I don't think I'll sleep to well after the race. Or maybe I will since I'll be so tired.
Looking very forward to your upcoming videos. God jul da!
Thanks a lot! Önskar dig en god jul också!
Great video! I am coming from Canada to participate for the first time. Appreciate the info here 😊
