We had breakfast at the island Buffet at the Peppermill a couple of years ago and it was probably the worst Buffet I had ever been to at the time. The food barely tasted like food LOL. Last year we stayed at the Atlantis and wanted to try toucan Charlie's buffet because we've heard so much about it.. but the lines were so long we could never get in. But the Sky Terrace seafood restaurant at the Atlantis was mind-blowing it was so good.. if you ever get a chance to have one of their pan roasts with scallops and shrimp you should do it because it's the best thing on earth. Tomorrow we are headed to Reno again and finally get to try toucan Charlie's and hopefully it will be a better experience than what you guys had
I actually like the setting of the Peppermill's buffet. Its like your sitting in a kind of forest thats deep under the sea with its 3 or 4 story ceiling. The other buffets are located in an ordinary 1-story building feel. I guess the Peppermill feels more enchanting
Thanks. I've ate at El Dorado like maybe 15 years ago. And loved the lobster pasta. But now I'm looking for a good buffet to try in a few weeks. And everyone looking at me crazily thinking why I rely on youtubers to give me reviews. Lol but now the prices are double that and so I need to choose wisely. Thanks
The El Dorado is your best bet
I live in Reno and the Atlantis is the best food and value
Same

Were you able to get into Charlie's? What was your experience?
