The loud music almost always means small chance of winning anything. They feel guilty and want to enhance your gaming experience because they can not justify their price for entertainment at that time. Best to wait till you hear the slots and no background music. Last places I'd gamble in Reno are Silver Legacy, Eldorado and Circus Circus.
Why is that?
