- Homemade Donuts 經典甜甜圈 | Apron
高筋面粉 bread flour 185g / 1,1/3cup
细砂糖 caster sugar 1Tbsp
盐 salt 1/2tsp
泡打粉 baking powder 1/2tsp
鮮奶 fresh milk 90ml+-
蛋黄 egg yolk 1
即溶酵母 instant yeast 1tsp
無鹽奶油 unsalted butter 20g / 1,1/2Tbsp
细砂糖 caster sugar
摄氏160 / 华氏320 油炸 4-5分鐘
deep-fry at 160°C / 320°F for 4-5minutes

I made these yesterday and they were absolutely delicious. I have tried making donuts before but they never turned out well. This recipe gives fluffy and soft donuts. I couldn't make 8 though. Next time I'll double the recipe.
