Confusion here. I had an injury last summer. It came from picking up a 5 gallon bucket of water. Shortly after, I could put no weight on my right leg. I self adjusted by walking like I had club foot. It stayed sore. I had an x ray of the hip, by your group, no groin pain, 6 weeks of PT, that aggravated my L5 and I had multiple spasms in both calves but only at bedtime. I stopped the PT and it calmed down, I had an MRI of the hip. Meanwhile, I fell off a bike trying to get off of it. Fell on left flank and it adjusted something as every nerve was felt all the way down my leg, spasms and all. Suddenly a stiffness was gone in my sacral area. Was told by one of your associates that this was not a hip issue, it was a back issue. Saw Back doctor, had an X ray and MRI. All they saw was some stenosis. The area where the thigh bone hits the socket, about 2 o'clock as you go around the leg, constantly has pain. It's hard getting in a passenger seat of a car, it gets stiff is seated too long, I feel it a bit going up stairs. The cortisone shot did nothing. Where do I go from here?

I have had two hip surgeries back to back for hip impingement/labral tear back in 2019-2020. I did all the PT and everything I was supposed to do. I continue to have swelling and lots of pain to this day. I have had one injection from my primary dr back in March 24. It hurts to move, walk, sit, stand, get in and out of my car. Nearly impossible to climb stairs. Can’t sleep on that side. The last time I saw my surgeon bc of the pain, he said there is nothing more he can do. So what do I do now?
