Provided that the world still exists when Noah is your age and priceless moments recorded here of him saying "Gitter daddy" Ya daddy and so one makes this priceless for anyone with a heart
Another brilliant video, Jesse. The Jcb robot appears to be a rather quiet and ran perfectly. The site work is coming along nicely. The boys are growing quickly, and it won't be long until Kaiden is operating machinery. It's always a pleasure to watch your videos
Ive been waiting for a new video on your build as its winter time so i understand thats going to be nice when its done and look forward to watching the build and buy the way my lady loves your little man and his dump truck as she got our grandson one a long time ago and he has a blast with it in a sand box i built him and bought him a excavator as well 👍
If this building is anything like the house its going to be amazing. Your house is something i want to have in a few years now that i know it can be done like that.
Jesse you can get those little dish receivers and mount them. They work great up to 1,000 ft. With no wires other than main connect. Straight line of sight. Good work and video as always.
2/25/24..2day prepping with stone/& millings around your garage slab usiny recently rebuilt engine on that JBC 180 TRK LOADER. Also, awesome to see your boys growing up with shovels & toy dump trucks! Love that you are getting them in the business!💪💪☺️
I was about to tell you that could lend you a hand to do the work but have seen what happened a couple of videos back with that infamous JCB's rad fan and your hand I rather sit back and relax watching. Just like then, having a cup of coffee and enjoying your hard work. This time it is 1pm for me so plenty of awakeness here.☕🥪 Cheers!
You get a good price on those millings? I'm waiting for the snow to melt and then skimming my driveway and parking lot with millings. Edit: Just got to the part where you talk about price...
Reminds me when my dad was building. He would order a load of sand for his mason and my two brothers and I would level it with our Tonka toys before he could use it. My dad would cuss and call in an order for another load of sand for the masons with a harsh warning to us about what it was costing him.🤣🤣🤣
Jesse, when you run internet between your buildings, you want to use fiber and not copper to avoid ground loops. You can get inexpensive transceivers. I'm sure someone who knows more than me will have product recommendations.
Definitely, I have done it round our yard. There are a couple of 150yard runs and a couple of 100 yard ones. Works really well, have cctv and Mesh wi fi hooked into it across a large area. Ps am enjoying the build vids..👋😀🇬🇧
43:25 you should plan and install a rear overhead door(s) on the garage so you can pull in or drive out from the back and avoid driving around or even drive through.
You need a decent used dump truck. I don't know what the hourly rate is they are charging you..but think of all the millings and gravel products you're going to use in developing the property. You probably also want to do some landscaping too..which would entail getting hardscape and more gravel and topsoil.
Thank you for the video another excellent one. So how about a comparison of the two tracked skid steers the JCB 180T and Gehl 60. What do you find is different between them. What do you like with the JCB, and not like. What do yo like with the Gehl and not like. Not any comparisons between the JCB and front door skids. That should get a lot of views.
Shop looks good ,grade is fantastic! So many shops are built too low . From what i understand, Jcb and Cat use different hydraulic remotes that have slight delays in operations. 1845c is the only machine I've run.
Jesse had a lot of dirt around. He could have backfilled and compacted around the building, so he only needed say 6-8" of millings instead of 2 ft of millings at the building edge? Oh I forgot this is TH-cam, where everything they do is PERFECT! I am NOT trolling!!!! Just weighing the cost and the benefits. Which there are none in this scenario! Some people might say: "What about Frost"? Agreed!!! 2 ft is not frost coverage where I live, (2 to 4 ft is depending where you live). The main factor is WATER! Let us all agree that water is Jessie's main worry. It is a mudhole and water likes to find the easiest way to "Level ", like a "Water Level" it will find its' level. I hate to say it but Jessie has done a piss poor job on drainage and which was kind of addressed in this video. He is after all a Master Electrician...not a Landscaper!
@@delekham1863 yeah, I’m sure you know better than him about his own materials he had available for the job. He surely isn’t even close to perfect, but the guy is clearly capable.
@@MookieMan1 I agree he is not "Perfect"! So unless he wants to park his vehicles in a Mud Hole? All those milling go to waste. He definitely needs better Water Management. Everyone needs to learn as we found out in his Solar Power Episode.
when u bought the freightliner tractor I was going to suggest getting a small-medium dump trailer. but figured u mite just borrow AC's 5000. After c-ing all the triaxle loads Uve gotten it probably would've been good idea.
I love how the dump truck has a sign that says "Construction Vehicle Keep Alert for Sudden Stops and Turns"... like, should you just do that anyway? For all vehicles? That drive on the roads?
lotta stone/millings around the pad. at least you know it'll hardly settle or wash out. our complex fighting with shed company over why they need to redo the retaining walls and 25 tons of stone before new sheds go down. 25+ years of neglect, washing out left current stone pad unstable/unlevel for 28x40 sheds. electricans still digging trying to find the feed since the conduit broke off, shifted with the shed
Oh Jesse, I love the part about 12: 37 where You see your younger son, Noah and dump a bit of the Asphalt Millings in his toy truck, and as you are leaving, he says, that's so heavy🙂JCB seems to be working out really well since all the repairs that you did to it and running good. Kaiden and Noah both are getting big. Love seeing videos with them in it. Pat has become a close member of the family as well🙂so cute, seeing Noah and kaiden loading the truck, to help dad.. DONE! What is THIS Garage gonna be used for, since it is a distance from your house? Great Video Jesse, appreicate it.
Hey Jesse, I have truly learned a lot from your videos! I am about to start my own ICF storm shelter, did that Semco waterproofing liquid membrane (from part 6) hold up well? I am likely following your advice and using it. Sorry if this is not the right place but hoping you see this. Thanks for the great videos and common sense techniques!!
Really enjoy seeing the fruits of your labor being put to work. Take care of those machines and they'll last a long time. That JBC is working nicely. How much slower is it from your ghel?
Remembering the soft ground that slab is built on I wonder if a piling slab structure would have been nice to prevent future cracks? I just learned about that and took notice because many of my friends built large slab pours over marshy ground and all of them developed cracks way too soon and became unusable.
Question? Could you have run the elec conduit under the ground and up in the cement and then connected it from the back of main supply? Would that be to much work or it wouldn't make any sense? What is the approx value of that JCB now? Im thinking 22K?
It is copyrighted and I pay him to use the music. He told me he would probably not do that for anybody else though...i used to have good luck with artlist.io though
Jesse what is the deal with American trucks having the single wheels up in front of the Bogie drive axles. Are they spare wheels or some sort of extra load carrying? We dont have anything like that in Australia, spare wheels are always carried horizontally in brackets under the chassis.
Can anyone tell me what that Chute/little door on the tailgate of that dump truck is for? I remember on one of my trips up to the North East last year seeing hundreds of trucks with those same silver bodies on them with the little door on the gates. My assumption was that they were hauling coal as the grime was pretty black on them.
best line said in this video 'what the heck' by the ever fun loving Noah, its great too see your sons having such a great time together.
You've done a fantastic job, dear. Jesse 💚🤍❤💯💯💯💚🤍❤
Tonka’s were always my favourite toy as a child.

Good to see your Dream come true.
Things are shaping-up nicely for your garage area👍 ...oh, and I noticed Noah's becoming proficient in speaking Klingon, how great is that! haha ha!
Looks like the JCB working great.
Nice to see positive news on the little jcb, was hoping for that :)
Good to see kids playing outside and not stuck inside on computer screens tablets good on you jesse 👍👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇺🇸👍👍
I love the boys working together,,,he even built a bench.!!!!😮
Andrew is gonna want a monoboom after this video. Looks sweet, gj jesse 👍

He will still be working in a muddy mess or driving thru water. Water is funny that way! 😉
can't wait to see that puppy go up!
Heehee…you got the boys hollering GUD now😂
Congrats JM, on grading ur new shop areas to look great. that JCB 180T did the job..
o my god , what is Noah strong . he just pick the truck op by his hands. he got het in him. he gonna be a good truck driver and a crane driver
Your boys are precious. Great little helpers too! 😅

Can't wait for the garage build, the place looks amazing 👍 👌
In a year or two all that will look fantastic, well done :)
Enjoyed the video! One more step is almost complete. Thanks for sharing! 😊
Glad the JCB is doing a good job for you.
Coming along nicely Jesse
Asphalt Tailings are awesome. Keeps the dirt down in the summer.
If this building is anything like the house its going to be amazing. Your house is something i want to have in a few years now that i know it can be done like that.
Very interesting Jesse, i'm learning something new after watching your videos. Noah's a character, very extroverted, LoL. Uncle Bob. NZ.
Gonna be a special shop all your fixing inside with all that room ,living the dream great work be done.🚜🛻🚚
Great Video Jesse, looking forward to seeing the shop build videos.
Onward and upward. Moving right along, as my dad used to say.
Looking good young man
Well done, Jesse! I look forward to building the shop phases!
Looks like a pretty solid machine after you got the engine rebuilt
Hi Jesse. You are a super man. Do everything alone. I think it's so cool. Track every video of yours. Big greats from german ,NRW, Town Essen.
Nice vid and looking forward to the actual building
Nice to see the shop build getting closer.

Those millings are not cheap by any stretch of ones imagination but does create a firm base for a driveway or equipment yard, nice work !
$6 per ton, $126 per truck load. That’s pretty damn cheap. Obviously there are trucking costs, but that doesn’t matter what type of rock you buy.

Make sure you run Noah's dump truck to the weigh station to verify its axels are not overloaded.
Have you thought about asking Andrew Camarata if he wants to lend a hand revamping your drainage? You did do a lot of welding...
Happy to see after all your hard work this machine works so well. Are you getting used to it?
i dont know if those floor heating pipe are UV resistant in any case i would cover them from the sun

To little trucking in this video but enough sunglasses.

Asphalt millings

That is for when they are carrying something small and need it directed in a place other than just dumping. Sand, salt etc.
It’s what the illegals use to get in & out
Did you notice any difference using a monoboom?
Not really. It feels the same as the other one l, but you can see better out of the left side now
