Was helping a buddy move a 66 mustang at his shop, and this was stashed behind it missing a fender and bumper. I had no idea what it was but I had to have it. After getting it back together and driving, I've fallen in love. I always get asked if its an old rolls or bentley. One of the best cruisers out there from that era. Cool to see Cima's getting a bit of love!

When I was there I had a 1975 Mitsubishi Galant GSR GTO - 1900cc dual side-draft Solex Carbs with posy rear traction. Wish I still had that one! Before I left the States I had a 1969 Nissan Fairlady 2000 Roadster, roof was all duct tape, paint was chalk but quick!!! Later - Mazda Miata's = 6, still driving one now, a 1996 NA in the driveway now. RX7 1985... but my pride and joy 2 x car show winner in FLA is my "bone stock" 1993 Nissan Gloria!! Got with only 18K original 3-4 years ago. Daily driver! No mods!! So many great cars that never made it over here but we can get them now!!! :) Keep the vids coming!

As a new owner of a Y33 Cima, I can tell you these cars are awesome! I dont get the attention in it as I do in my R32, but it's closer than I would have expected. They ride and run so smooth, feels like you are driving from your living room couch. Only thing i dont like is the fuel tank and components being mounted between the back seat and trunk in the cabin. Could make a firey end when some idiot rear ends you because he was on his phone.

I honestly can't fathom that Nissan put out the Cima and the Sentra both in 1991. I mean, look at the differences. Bottom of the barrel economy car and luxurious VIP cruiser with a power steering column, power headrests, and power rear seats?! I didn't even know those were options. That's just wild, but I love it. This is nicer than a brand new Nissan Sentra and it's 30 years older, that says a lot about the focus of car manufacturers back in the day.

The Tokyo Xtreme Racer games helped me grow to love these Japanese luxury sedans. They definitely weren't the most viable rides but they exude elegance and a different aura from standard Japanese sports cars.

Dude, good video. I liked the Gloria review too. Just a quick comment....it's a comment and seemingly generational. Mill's seem to not know the proper name of things... You held up a "Brochure" not a "manual" and the interior color is not brown, it's "beige". But keep the videos coming!! Get your hands on a Toyota Century and review it.

This is sweet David! One of my coworkers owns one in this line, the Cedric I believe. Do you have the Kia Forte GT on your calendar yet? (The DCT is faster but I'd hope you get your hands on the 6 speed manual for review) I'm considering getting one...

Ive had 2 of the american version of this and absolutely love them.. A y50 06 m45/fuga/cima, and now a y51 15 q70s/fuga.. Now the q70L (long wheelbase) is the cima.. Greatly enjoyed this 1.. Thanks man.. Also as far as the VH41 not being a performance engine; you should look into the 1st and 2nd gen altima v8 racecars in the australian circuit.. Also i believe the 1st gen gt350 gtr's used the vh41... May have been the vh45.... Not 100% on that so please correct me don't roast.. Thanks again, and glad you mentioned the q45.. The end of the q45 in 03/04 was the merge of the fuga/cima nameplate in the m45 sedan thats now the q70..

Great video David! The Cima does look really nice! I agree with what you had said. Nissan should have taken a chance to bring it over to States back in the days. I don't know why, but the front side profile reminds me of a Jaguar XJR from around the same year.
