  • In this episode, we start making our way down the Alaska Highway towards the Yukon. Beautiful rivers, bridges and scenery are a guarantee!
We find ourselves at Wild Beach on the Muskwa River right outside of Fort Nelson, BC and decided to setup camp right on the riverbank! Good thing we put those off road tires on the day before because we definably needed them on this part of the trip!

Lovely videos as usual! Question for you - based on your and your buddy's experiences, which bike was better for the road trips between the mt09 your Duke 890 - if one bike stands out at all?
There is this big debate regarding which bike is the best between the KTM and the Yamaha. We've got plenty of content online on the performances but rarely anything regarding longer distance trips.
I'd love to know what's you guys overall road trip experiences with the bikes by sharing souvenirs and anecdotes. That'd make a great video for us to watch + surely a good time to remember funky moments with your buddy 😀

Thank you! As far as which bike is better is very subjective! They are quite similar in power, sitting position etc. I have ridden many different bikes and favour the KTM for long trips that involves a mix of off-road and on road. I found the luggage options and off-road themed accessories to be better for the KTM and the quality is great. I did not personally ride the Yamaha for a long trip so I can’t speak from experience and how well it performed from a comfort standpoint, however both bikes did the trip without an issue.

I wouldn't want to drop it on that bridge, I can imagine it'll be like a bloody cheese grater!

Your right about that - you definitely want to keep the rubber side down on there! That is a common construction of smaller bridges up north.
