As much as I want to believe that Grant appears in the movie, I really don't think it's gonna' happen. His response seemed fairly sharp and assertive. No "I'm not the Wolf," or "It's a Photoshop," just a simple "no." It's a shame, because I truly think Grant did excellent in his role. Let's just hope this season finale is nothing short of amazing.

Grant Gustin is an underrated actor, he has amazing acting skills which should be used in cinematic films instead of tv shows. Regardless, I’m glad that I watched the CW flash throughout my entire childhood. Great memories tho.

Ezra miller was cast as the flash in DCU at the same time of first season of flash series , now 9 seasons of flash series ended while Ezra's movie release gets extended years away , I think grant gustin is happy that he will be known as the better flash even though Ezra miller is the big movie star
Maybe he will be a part of DCEU as in The Flash's season finale barry will go missing according to the news paper article "Flash missing in Crisis".
Maybe a cameo where he can give some advice to Ezra's flash as Grant's Flash is a bit older therefore more experienced.

It’s interesting to see how people’s love of the show has fallen off but the love for Grant is still going strong
Everyone always loved Grant as Barry, but the writing in the show just got so awful it became unwatchable. I don't think anyone blames Grant for that.
Yeah, the writers just didn't know what to do with the story and tried to do the crossover thing which was actually good for the most part. Then they took away his loved ones which is depressing to say that it got old real quick after his father (which should've been used in the first season to really put a fire into the show and his character) was killed off. Then the couple thing was starting to happen where Barry needs Iris to coddle him to get stuff done instead of him growing up and learning from his failures which leads to basically Iris becoming his mom. Then the whole everyone needs a super power bit which was fine for Caitlyn up until the split and Cisco's could've been better. The original crew definitely played there parts very well which helped the show a lot.

While i think the flash show took a nosedive in writing and cgi sometime around season 4 (earlier??), Grant always did a phenomenal job and was what kept me watching for a while. He did a great job embodying Barry. I'd rather him be our DC flash over the criminal we have right now
I always thought they were gonna expand on the cw scene where Ezra’s and Grant’s Flashes met
The reason why I felt like this was because the change in the way that scene was filmed
It looked like it was a very high production scene compared to how the show was already being filmed
It’ll be awesome if they put that in the movie imo

I feel like Grant will be in the Flash movie, the arrowverse setting up the multiverse again kinda feels like its opening up the possibility on purpose like the two projects are communicating.
I just rewatched the first few episodes and noticed flash disappearance is set in 2024 at first? Does that mean the possibility of his disappearance is still there? I forgot a lot of the stuff in between, it’s been so long… Could it have something to do with the movie? Idk, just speculating
@@araciaearth they could possibly retcon it into the flash movie but in the arrow verse the newspaper was later changed from 2024 to 2019 because Arrow was ending and they wanted to do crisis while Arrow was still running

While watching the flash movie, i wished it was grant who played the character. Grant has this amazing charisma which is shown a lot in season 1. He’s phenomenal at playing an awkard barry allen in a funny way.

However, I do think being the Flash in movies would give him more time with family and other projects (something he has mentioned on occasion), than doing another TV show. I thought he might make an appearance, ezra millers flash made an appearance in the crisis episode and grant gustons flash says I'm the flash, with millers flash replying, the flash, the flash, I'm assuming that's were miller's flash gets his name from, so I'm hoping they have the same scene from crisis but done from millers flash's perspective instead of gustons
