My wife and I came to Australia in the middle of covid but as permanent residents (were granted overseas). Being honest, if we weren't permanent residents we would have gone back home by now, temporary residents have very difficult lives here! However, life here on PR is pretty good, and we love living in Australia. I'd recommend it to anyone who thinks they can qualify!

Lots of casual job. Few permanent full time job. Because of this, you worry if you'll be able to afford future expenses - rent, insurance, groceries, utility bill etc. You can get 3 shifts this week and the coming week, you can get only just 1 or none 😅. If you're lucky, you can get called for job 5-7 days. My health plummeted because of this. Those agency can call you anytime or even request you come in immediately. If you keep saying no because you took up job in another place or maybe you had an appointment, they'll stop calling you for job. It's a crazy circle that can make a person run mad 😂All the best to those there

Hello from New Zealand! I found your video this morning on my 'TH-cam' feed so thanks to you. Yes if you don't mind I have a 'question' haha ... I was born in the United Kingdom & my family Immigrated to Australia when I was nearly 7 years old (so UK Citizenship) and lived there (Canberra & Sydney) for over 30 years with a RRV '155' but stupidly I never became a 'Citizen' in OZ whilst living there. I trained, had children, worked & paid taxes, and was educated in Australia (Nursing). I then moved to New Zealand and have lived here for many years. Obviously my OZ visa has expired and I'm wanting to return home to Australia particularly to 'study' (& live permanently hopefully) eg a Science Degree, and possibly a Student$ loan , & my family lives also in OZ, So I'm a bit confused as to where I stand regarding the above mentioned? I would really appreciate if you can offer any advice or alternatively who I can contact as I have been going around in circles for a few years now trying to get information! So sorry this is rather complicated but hope you can help ...

    • @overseasstudentsaustralia

Hello friend, great to hear from you. Your case does seem bit complicated and i suggest you speak with a registered migration agent for that. We are not a migration agent, so we can't advise on that. But there are few good migration agents out there from Australia. I suggest checking the channels: "Australian Immigration Law Services" and others. All the best with your visa 👌

Are you overseas or in Australia? You can easily apply again if you are in Australia. I got mine approved in less than a day when applying online.

There are no white Australian permanent residents living or working in India 🇮🇳 😮 why is this why is it always always one way ? Why do they always want to migrate to white western countries that were built by Europeans? Just a fair question

Hey friend, thanks a lot for your kind comments. Don't know how to get rid of these dark circles. Been there since student life and hasn't gone away. Do you have any suggestions (apart from sleeping as i am having 7-8 hours sleep already).
