Hello there sir Mimo, hope you're having a wonderful day, I'm from Norway and wanted to learn all the important basic words, that will be very useful in Egyptian language. So I was wondering if you had any of those kind of videos? Thanks hope you see this comment :)
Excellent! ...and I love the humour. Is the MA in "MA lissa badry" a way of saying "But" it's still early? If so, it might have been borrowed from the Italian MA ... (just wondering) If not, why do you say MA before that expression?
Hi Mimo first of all thank you for your videos I really enjoy watching them. I have a question, in my culture when someone comes home from a long day at work we say to them something along the lines of ‘may you never feel fatigue, may you always be healthy’. Such a statement does not exist in English but I was wondering what the Arabic equivalent would be? Many thanks!
It would be GREAT if you could do a grammar video on the TOP verbs used in everyday Egyptian language (friends, family, in the street) that are IRREGULAR verbs, that don't follow the B+ ____________ conjugation rule. Like TO WANT, for example. Thanks...
@@EgyptianArabicMimo Unfortunately, this did not address my question about a list of 'irregular' verbs in the present tense; much like I do with my students who take Spanish. I cover verbs that do NOT follow the normal conjugation but are irregular and give them a list to focus on. But thanks for responding. Hopefully an Egyptian will post such a video for people, like myself, to learn and memorize which verbs do NOT follow the B+ conjugation format for daily use.
