- The Titan Lords have assaulted an alliance urban sprawl and wiped out the Defense Force garrison in a few days. Prime Brothers are being rushed to the front to mount a defense and drive back the towering war machines, but can their tanks and troops withstand firepower that can level buildings?

Yeah warboss fitz is great. His how to play faction guide is great. Trying to build a local opr community and its great that content is popping up now. I play opr with my 11 year old. He was having troubles with how long 40k is and waiting for turns. Tried out this game FOR FREE. and we were hooked.

I've watched some of his stuff. His ork army based off Mad Max is pretty stellar - Imorkan Joe - epic.

When I was an athlete I was merciless in strategy games, sports and life in general. Then I was lucky enough coach along side a man that taught me coaching up the next generation is even more important than our own success. The best feeling you will ever have is the first time they beat you on their own merit and they will know you got them there. Until then when its the 4th quarter and the game has already been won or lost use that time for teachable moments. One day they will sit at that board and know every move and counter move two rounds before it happens and when a young adult can do that you have set them up for life with a legacy of knowledge.

Great battle report! Nice job, Daughter! Not bad for 3rd or 4th game. I'm always pleased to see how balanced Grimdark Future is! I want to get my knights in the table. I've got 3, but Im pretty sure they'll never make it in 40k, so hopefully Grimdark Future will provide the opportunity!

Yes, but in the interests of the narrative we suspended that rule for the game.

Lol I was so confused when you said cover reduces the AP by 1, I was like "No, the rules say they get +1 to Defense rolls when blocking hits from shooting attacks" when it struck me that -1 AP is the exact same as +1 on Defence hahah... I was thinking 'Are these old rules? Is he wrong?'
My brain works really weird. I state the rules the way I best remember them, but I forget that others will be listening.

It used to be 50/50, but now I'm pretty solidly on OPR.

The one damage you did to the big guy with the blast weapon took out the Air conditioning. So at least you know you made life uncomfortable for them 😂
What kind of table do you play on?
Sadly the company that made it went out of business, but it was called Ultimate Gaming Table or something like that. It's nice, but very heavy and the wide edge makes you reach for everything. TBH if I did it again I'd get something a bit less fancy as long as it has and edge to keep dice from rolling off the table.

Really like your videos! Keep it up! Your transport could have carried your Guard Squad and the Hero btw, as units are 3x3 (because of 3 wounds each) and heroes up to wounds 6 only count as 1 for transports. :)
Ah, so they made a loophole for heroes. Where is that specified? I want to make sure I remember that for next time.
