My pencil has a spring, I don't know how to put it back in place

You usually have a dented area on your reservoir unit for spring, put that spring on the reservoir unit and put everything inside your pencil

When you open your pencil (from the sharp tip end you can unscrew it), once you remove the sharp tip you can see a spring on top of the reservoir unit.
So just take your long white reservoir unit, put string on one side put everything in the pencil housing, and close it with a sharp tip

If you cant open it, you should allways be able to refill it from sharp end!

Not sure what can be the problem, probably the mechanisam in not ok. Try to disassemble and reassemble it.
