Thank you for posting this. You saved me $2K on a dealer repair. This worked on my 2010 Prius. The only difference is the center console is a little different to pull out. Also helps to have auto trim removal kit ($10). I got my combination meter repaired for $125... grand total of $135 spent to fix this myself.

here in the UK, we pay a guy about $80 to take the meter out change the language adjust the mileage from KMH to MPH and put back everything to normal. No wonder your guys call American dealer a stealer.
