I thought the 2 bedroom was great until I saw this 3 bedroom! I like the carport where its not front and center of eyesight on the 2 bedroom design. Really lovely home
This house is a HOME! The pantry is awesome, the closets are fenomanal, the colors are perfect .
FINALLY someone that knows how to design HOMES. TY ❤ Real cozy, warm and inviting spaces. I must be OLD fashioned as I NEVER liked the Open concept, they always feel empty, cold and hollow.
Hats off masterpiece for 3bhk . I watched more than 650+ blueprints and layouts but this is the thing I was looking for since 7 months . Really appreciated.

Wow!! This is an excellent floorplan. The only changes I'd make would be in the master suite and find a place for a powder room for guests. In the master suite, I'd reconfigure the space by stealing square footage from the bedroom to have a larger walk-in closet and to afford a "wc" or water closet for the toilet in the bathroom. I love the rest of the layout. That kitchen/pantry area is amazing. The built-in bookcases in the living room are perfect. And I love the big wraparound porch. Heck, I'd even go one further and wrap it around and across the rear of the house. This is an impressive home!
in this floorplan, the master bathroom has a separate tub and shower. I'd just combine them, or ditch the tub completely. Whatever, you can get instant water heaters that fit under the sink, they are so small.
@Beth254 I'd reconfigure and extend the laundry room some and make space for a toilet and pedestal or petite wall mounted sink.
@jaspermartin7444 I personally would NEVER ditch or delete a bathtub!! I love tub baths, and I've lived in places that have only a shower, and I wasn't a happy camper at all!
En suite master bedroom and pantry. 2 things that are essential in my mind. I really like this plan. This is a good size home.

This is a really beautiful home. It is cozy, warm, inviting and functional. My favorite room was the master. I loved the layout of it as well as the spaciousness.

This is absolutely one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen! I would love to build this home.
I’m not a mathematician so I don’t understand the square footage….give me 1200 sq feet or bedroom 20x40 for example. I do love this design. I’d make a few tweaks in kitchen, primary suite bathroom and laundry room. I love the window in the pantry and that it is walk-in.

I would incorporate the pantry with the laundry room and use the pantry space plus bump it into the bedroom to make it larger for an office with glass doors. Also ditch the tub in the master and have a large walk in shower and bigger vanity. I would have to enclose the carport for a real garage. OR, use the pantry size as is for an office, reconfigure the master closet length wise and expand the master bathroom. All in all, cute!

This design is fantastic. I have never been crazy about a car port but it fits this design so well. Lovely ranch home with plenty space to move around. Finding well designed ranch homes is difficult these days without having to get a custom built one which is what I did. It's costly but the long term benefits are worth it. Especially when caring for disabled children and simply getting older myself.

This is the perfect house ever for me. The only thing I would change or make it bigger is the master bathroom, but other than that it’s perfect. I am considering to take this plan for myself. For my future house.

Love the style of this home. One thing that stands out is that you have patio doors to the front porch instead of the back porch, and I like that.

I truly love this design I don't need the extra carport space what I would do is put a shelving wall for the carport also what is it with you people and not putting enough space for towels in the bathroom or having a hall closet for your towels the corner shower is an excellent idea remember to keep the shower head up taller for people who are taller

How do I get more info?..
Love the veranda and the hand rails on the steps. Would have a barrier at end of carport. Like the doors in dining space although think it would be better if sliding doors. What is this fascination with television over the fireplace. Wouldn't the tv get hot. Would also prefer wall oven. Once had an oven/ stove that I had to bend over for and my glasses would fog up. Also easier to take things out of oven in a upright position

This is a damn-near perfect design for a normal family. Given that I am not part of a normal family, there would need to be a large computer room for two gaming rigs with two large monitors each.

Lovely home again, I preferred the last one that also had the covered porch on the master suite and I would prefer the porch around the back, or both as in the UK unless you own a good plot of land, you rarely see people sitting out on a front porch, not private enough and would feel odd. I love a separate walk in pantry and walk in wardrobe and ensuite.
