@@joaquinarchivaldoguzmanloe1073 The monitor looks best in Creator Mode using HDR Peak 1000. Just got this monitor myself & I'm loving it so far! 1 thing I just noticed is when playing HDR 120HZ VRR on PS5 it automatically changes color format to YCbCr from RGB. Looking into this it appears to be an ongoing issue. If I force it back to RGB my screen goes all pink & green. If anyone knows any fix lmk. Doesn't seem to be a major issue , I rather use RGB that's all. Also, it's best to set RBG to limited rather than auto or full when playing HDR 120Hz VRR.
It was just released under yr creator music. Not sure on name but its like 3 sings down on jan 2024 list. It sounded really good right? I like it alot too :)
In HDR 1000 mode, when Cloud's attacking and sparks fly (really bright highlights) 5:29, you can see the HUD noticeably dim with each swing. I assume that's ABL? Is there no way to stop that? Is OLED just not for me if I'm sensitive to that? 🤔
Congrats man..! Try both true black 400 and hdr peak 1000. I prefer peak 1000 tho. Sharpness at 40. Brightness 100 , contrast 75-80. The main preset is standard but you have more control on say fps mode where you can change saturation. I have not used those yet..
True.. this will be fun. But... i did see the new asus 1300nit 34" and its nothing the Alienware cant handle. Tho 1300nits is above and im sure looke nice
Hi Viktor! Why do you think this monitor has slightly a smaller color gamut than the OLED G9 super-ultrawide that has a "lower tier" panel? Any idea behind the cause for this?
The panel on gen 3 has some enhancements vs gen 2 that may change something I will look into the Gen 3 info file i have.. I think maybe from a visual point the G9 OLED has less out of box customizations. Entertain looked a bit over saturated while here its more monitor like. If you change presets fps etc you can change saturation etc...
