In the website it doesn't mention about IELTS/ OET in computer-based format. But in user guide it has mentioned that “The NMBI only accept test taken on a computer in a test centre, we do not accept tests taken at home.” (pg. 36). What is that? Could you please check it?

I am a overseas registered nurse who is looking for NMBI registration.
My concern is that i have two results of oet exam and my 1st attempt only matches for NMBI requirement and recent one does not match.is it possible to apply registration from my 1st attempt .(not longer than two years).
