All great points, and these really do apply to any trades don’t they. We just used a stone worktops company trading by the name of Pura Stone who were cheap. I thought, how could they mess up such a basic trade, plus they wanted no money up front! They said templating would take 7 -10 days and fitting 7 days after that………4 1/2 months later ……nothing but excuses and really terrible workmanship plus damage to my property. Now we look into this company more closely, there website is start to finish nothing but lies! So your advice is a bit late for me but very valid indeed. You get what you pay for!
