I always loved how my character runs in part 2 and how you get to choose his/her walk I don't like how he runs in the third one though he's more crunk in part 2 part 3 I was kinda confused on the whole famous celebrity stuff remember in sr2 the secret mission when you get Julius and then he says at the end he needs to find Dex that's was the sequel I was hoping for to get revenge.

Saints Row 1 and 2 will always be the best in the series. The stories are superb and the gameplay is awesome. Saints Row 3 and 4 are very fun, mind you, but the stories/environments fall flat. If Steelport was as fleshed out and lively like Stilwater, it would be even more fun. If the stories in 3 and 4 were better (gangs we can take seriously, dark undertones, fufilling, tragic, whimsical and entertaining), then Saints Row 3 and 4 would just be a part of a nearly flawless series. I hope Saints Row 5 is like the first two!
It's good that they decided to Remastre Saints Row The Third, because this is still such a classic GTA style against Saints Row 4 as in the style of DC comics or Marvel :)

Callum Fisher not true I been playing the whole story for the first time in my life and it’s really fun. I only got to play Saints Row 2 when I was like 7. And I have been enjoying every second of it, it’s a fresh experience from the other games. Everything feels more realistic walking thru levels and smoking Mfs with the glock sideways has never felt better. You just gotta smoke before you play and create a character you can take seriously 😂

But i really wish they make it like saints row 3, but back when it is normal, i like 4, i do! But the alien super power thing just make it eh. Tbh Saints row 4 was a huge let down for me. Wasn’t a huge fan of the Alien stuff. I loved when it was focused soley on the gangs and the gangster scenario.
DotDotDot Lol we can agree to disagree. I enjoyed some parts of it. But i didn’t like the direction it went. How it goes from a Gangster video game joining the gang. (SR1) to becoming the leader of the saints (SR2) then went down the less serious path and somehow becoming high profile celebrities with media and consumer brands basically using the saints name to become a business. etc (SR3) then becoming president and fighting an Alien Boss in a futuristic city (SR4). 3 I can tolerate but 4, not so much.
The franchise died after the third one. Hope the 5th one brings a more realistic experience like 1 and 2. 3rd one is funny and cool IMO, but the 4th one sucks a lot.

Honestly have no clue what going on half the time, we started of as a gang member trying to take over the streets now we are an over power super human who's also the president of the country because he killed some one and is at war with aliens, failed wrestlers and rejected tron cosplayers all while trying not to be shot down by the space police in their futuristic hover tanks
If they had just given it a different name instead of trying to capatolise (if that's the right word) on the saints rows franchise name I wouldn't have a problem with them
My problem is that half way through they just randomly start adding shit that we didn't need, dosnt even make sense and dosnt add any thing to the original story or consept of what the saints row franchise was meant to be
Yes they are fun games but no they are not saints row games I don't care what the title screen says
I hope that if they make a new saints row game they either go back to its roots and remove all this over the top fake ass super trump bullsht or just change the name completely and have it as its own thing not connected to the saints row franchise at all

Tbh Saints row 4 was a huge let down for me. Wasn’t a huge fan of the Alien stuff. I loved when it was focused soley on the gangs and the gangster scenario.

DotDotDot Lol we can agree to disagree. I enjoyed some parts of it. But i didn’t like the direction it went. How it goes from a Gangster video game joining the gang. (SR1) to becoming the leader of the saints (SR2) then went down the less serious path and somehow becoming high profile celebrities with media and consumer brands basically using the saints name to become a business. etc (SR3) then becoming president and fighting an Alien Boss in a futuristic city (SR4). 3 I can tolerate but 4, not so much.

The franchise died after the third one. Hope the 5th one brings a more realistic experience like 1 and 2. 3rd one is funny and cool IMO, but the 4th one sucks a lot.

When the earth blew up it started to feel pointless
because he worked his way to the top with money and influence or people of the country to becoming favourable and liked, therefore, he becomes president. The game had to do something else other than what had already happened for the last 3 games, so they decided to add an alien invasion, first 2 games were fucking shit and annoying and frustrating and...you get my point. People only say they "loved" the first two because they're nostalgic but other than that, they weren't that great, let's be fucking honest lol. I enjoyed sr4 and gat outta hell so...
