Solemn Funeral Mass for Cardinal John Patrick Foley

The celebration of the Solemn Funeral Mass for Cardinal John Foley celebrated at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia. Cardinal Foley was the Grand Master Emeritus of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem and former President of the Pontifical Council for Social Communications under Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI. Most Reverend Edwin O'Brien was the celebrant, Most Reverend Timothy Dolan was the homilist and Most Reverend Charles Chaput celebrated the Final Commendation.
