Loaded with personality and just a remarkable person in every way. Even if he were not a priest. He definitely has the Irish wit amongst Many other attributes. Gifted.

This kind of behavior is unimaginable among the very holy, devout Traditional priests. it's not about HIM. The Mass should always be ONLY about God at the altar. The time to bask in his own glory, if he must, is at a reception, NOT at any Mass.
BrettpatrickXVI, the cardinal IS in fact very mindful of the Blessed Sacrament. I remember when he was made archbishop of NY and came to visit our area. He came for Vespers to St. Peter's in Monticello. I remember that at the end, all the deacons no priests filed out and not one turned to the Blessed Sacrament to acknowledge His presence. When it was almost his turn to descend from the altar, I noted the archbishop turning to a couple of priests around him as if asking something, which apparently he was doing. He was asking where the blessed Sacrament was. Unfortunately St. Peter's is one of those churches which was wreckovated post VII and the Blessed Sacrament is hidden off to the side inside a separate room. Suddenly, after receiving the answer to his apparent question, the archbishop turned to face the Blessed Sacrament and genuflected before Him. The ONLY cleric amongst the 100 or so who attended to give homage to our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. He may not be perfect, but he is a humble man who gives our Lord His due.
Just out of curiosity, did anyone catch the name of that hymn began towards the end of the video? It seems to be set to "Old Hundredth," but I can't make out what the cantor is saying when she announces its name or number in the hymnal.
Why are they clapping when he walks in? It’s supposed to be a time for praise to God, not a popularity contest…totally takes away from the solemnity…very sad.
And btw Patrick, it only seems like that with him because he is a very down to earth person. He isn't so straight forward and like anti social he is a down to earth man and very approachable so that's why it seems like he is like that. Trust me he cracks jokes on the spot. I should know.
