I was surprised that virgin coconut oil can be use in mouth wash especially if u have a covid. I have right now a stock of virgin coconut oil, I've using that for cooking and taking as the good benefits to our body. I gargled iodine 1percent solution 3 times a days before may swab test..Pati cotton bud I Dip it sa iodine swabbing my nostril..Then vco thirty minutes gargles pati sa nostril bago Ako mag pa swab test and negative Naman Ako.

Hi Ms Singlelady! So sorry for the late reply. Ngayon lang ako naturuan to respond to comments. If your tonsils get inflamed often, I suggest you should see an ENT bec hindi normal na laging namamaga… ordinarily , our throats get inflamed 2x max in a year… in the meantime since the cases are high and it would be risky to ho for a consult, I suggest to try either the VCO or the Orahex… they are both antimicrobials. One is organic, Orahex is medicated. Try one for 1-2 weeks then shift to the other one and assess which one works for you… Also I can recommend KAMILOSAN THROAT SPRAY together with either of the 2 which you can use while you are working. It contains essential oils to relieve the pain when you swallow… hope these things will help… keep in touch!😘❤️

Thank you for your question.I will be releasing soon an episode for the other mouthwashes which act against tooth decay and gum diseases but I am still trying to simplify as it contains a load of information... soon promise! With regards to your question, I did not include Povidone Iodine as based on my research from different dental books, Pov Iodine is an ANTI BACTERIAL mouthwash with limited plaque inhibiting action.It temporarily relieves sore throat and mouth sores.It stays in the mouth for 1 hour only.It has no side effect if used in short duration but there are studies claiming it may affect thyroid functions if constantly ingested and used for very long periods of time. I did not include PI in the medicated mouthwashes that may manage Covid 19 infection for obvious reason that it cannot fight viruses. Thank you for your question.I will be releasing soon an episode for the other mouthwashes which act against tooth decay and gum diseases but I am still trying to simplify as it contains a load of information... soon promise! With regards to your question, I did not include Povidone Iodine as based on my research from different dental books, Pov Iodine is an ANTI BACTERIAL mouthwash with limited plaque inhibiting action.It temporarily relieves sore throat and mouth sores.It stays in the mouth for 1 hour only.It has no side effect if used in short duration but there are studies claiming it may affect thyroid functions if constantly ingested and used for very long periods of time. I did not include PI in the medicated mouthwashes that may manage Covid 19 infection for obvious reason that it cannot fight viruses. British Dental Journal published a paper regarding the claim of PI as a virucide.However the test was done in VITRO meaning in test tubes against similar viruses but not tested directly with Covid 19 viruses.

Hydrogen Peroxide is also a favorite.I do use it as mouthwash at times.the 10% concentration are for normal mouth conditions and I prescribe the 20%concentrations for my Periodontal patients in active inflammatory phase. However. is should be diluted1part H2O2 and 4 parts water. HP as a compound, is not so stable so once opened, you can only use it for 2 weeks because it turns to water in time.Marami pong salamat sa added info. Mabuhay po kayo!

Hi Elsie! Puro po ninyong mumumugin kung ano lang ang kaya.. siguro 1 teaspoon/ kutsarita… mumog po ninyo ng 30 seconds… kung mas matagal mas mabuti po dahil walang chemical ng mag iiritate sa gums…

Good day po doc isa akng ofw nag pa swab ako last july 23 din my result was positive asymtomatic dw po ako totaly ok nmn po yung pakiramdam ko as in wla talaga akong nararamdaman, din complito nmn po ako sa vaccine with booster po din after 7days pinalabas po ako ng hotel july 30 dhil tapos na po daw yung incubation period so nag self quarantine ako.nung tinawagan ako ulit ng cmpnya pra sa reswab august 14 ngayon buwan nag positive ulit yung result..NAG MASK NMN PO AKO NAG ALCOHOL NAG GARGLE NAG VIT ANG TANONG KO DOC ANU BA DAPAT KUNG GAWIN..? Hello po Doc, nagpa-dentist po yng anak ko nung Jan.2 dahil masakit ang ngipin nya. The nxt day nilagnat na sya at nagpositive sa Antigen test.

Usually po kung Omicron, once exposed, lalabas po ang simtomas 2-3 days after ma expose… kung Delta variant po 7 days after ma expose sa isang infected ng Covid… Balikan po ninyo Jen yung nakasama po ninyo noong Dec 30, 31, Jan 1..
