i guess the best toothpaste is the one with 1450ppm of sodium flouride and with antibacterial properties. because bacteria is the one responsible of all dental problems. so i think Colgate Total is the best. i read that toothpaste with calcium lessens the potency of flouride and MFP is not as active as NAF.
