  • The Pugsters were together live again this week, meeting at the Preservation Company in Huntsville, Alabama. The guys talked about an article called “Believe in Believers,” an appeal by a conservative English secularist to his fellow atheists and agnostics not to view the “Religious Right” as their enemies, but to see them as essential to the battle against the Woke. The Pugsters talked about the practical and theoretical parts of the article’s ideas.

I always always enjoy you guys. I listen to all of your conversations. I don't think I have laughed so hard and so much as I did during this episode. Tom Price, "...buying you a few rounds..." 😂🤣

Romans explains this: "For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by thier unrighteousness suppress the truth."

The new apologetic. Have babies and baptize them.

I think presuppositional apologetics is basically, the way I see it, is more about defending your faith in a way that engages the culture (anti-culture) in which God has placed us in rather than in trying to convince a non-believer, through some form of rationalistic methodology that Christianity is better than atheism...or name your religion. Especially since we know that it is only the Holy Spirit that opens eyes to see. Schaeffer demonstrated the weakness of opposing worldviews in comparison to Christian thought - and he is right. The problem is that Christians are fearful and insecure....and we have no reason to be.

Being both atheist and conservative is what’s most rational, but not many people are like this.

You cannot reason anyone into heaven. Nevertheless, outside of Christ, anyone and everyone can and are hurled into the very bowels of hell every hour of rvery day through every sort of man's reason.
