Hi! This is a TAS(Tool Assisted Speedrun), meaning I used tools like savestates and slowdown to create as "perfect" of a speedrun as I can. If you're wondering anything specific read on:
FAQ:
Q: Why did the subtitles and advancements go so fast?
A: The tools I use to slow down the game work by slowing down the tickrate. Some graphical things, such as those stated above and a few others, are independent of the tickrate, and so they look faster than they should.

A: Yeah, I agree, I know I'm better than you. I jest, this is just meant to show what a "perfect" run would look like, which is just fun to see.

A: I'm working with what I have, and since I can't play back minecraft TASes, what you see is the raw footage of me creating the TAS. Simply sped up to normal speed and put together.

for everyone wondering where curcuit went, she's still alive. she was working on routing a tas that i won't say (no spoilers) for quite some time, but then a certain thing which i also won't say happened and then everyone seemed to have lost contact with her. however, she later updated her discord bio, saying she's been overwhelmed with life and will be back after school. i hope you all understand.
we've been very close friends for a few years now, so i can confirm that this is a very emma thing to do. yes, i miss her too, but all we can really do is wait.

yep! without the golem damaging me i wouldn’t have lost enough hunger to eat the kelp

I love how he build so much obsidian, spawn so many Enderman and explode some end crystals in the creative mode speedrun because the dragon is taking so long to die and it (the dragon) doesn't at the 0, 0 to die immediately.

You are completely insane, learned about you on the recent video about one shot, and oh god do you deserve some recognition for your work into the science behind it. I think you may've heard it a lot already, but congratulations on all your hard work and thank you for doing it.

For the creative mode one end portal frames do exist (as a creative mod obtainable item)
i was trying to do it without using the creative menu, but very true!

Yeah, but there wouldn't be anything interesting, anyone can just use 2 end portal frames and finish in a few seconds, don't even have to be a Minecraft player to do that.

I love the idea of creative speedruns without using either the inventory or cheats, I used to do some attempts at it on RS and I even managed to get a 3:30 time. In those attempts since I needed to get at least a blaze rod and a pearl once I was in the stronghold I just middle clicked the portal frames to be able to get to the credits skipping all the end fight by building a portal once in the end, I wonder if that could be faster even in a 12 eye seed like this one with an ideal nether. Either way great job with this TAS, that end crystal zero cycle is one of the coolest things I’ve seen in this game!
Everything was so anticlimactic, yet it was delightful to watch. Specially the creative Speedrun. I lost it there, amazing work!

The iron golem trick was to get damaged enough to lose hunger to eat the dried kelp (said by Curcuit in another comment)

Also quick question how the hell do you route these? Is it automated or run by a computer or something? Maybe these types of seeds wouldn't be too hard to come up with manually, but surely something like the 30 second speedrun would've taken ages to find. I just don't understand it's crazy lol

For certain things i think people have computer programs that search millions of seeds to find the few that work. This is especially true of stuff where you need something really rare, like an 11 or 12 eye portal.
i don't know how it's done for the more meme speedruns like "eat a kelp" or whatever that could very well be just trying a bunch of random village seeds til one works.
funnily enough the 30 second seed was just one of the first ones they found and just decided it worked good enough lol, most things just come down to what you do with the seed, which is whatever I can come up with. then I just run through it with savestates and slowdown
