He has never worked as an attending or primary care physician, he has never treated or diagnosed general patient populations. He is not a pediatrician or a pediatric psychologist. He has a prescription notebook with an ink stamp header with his details in it with which he hand writes prescriptions. He is waiting at the door of the 70's to enter the 80's 🙄🙄🙄

I've been in a like situation since I was 5. Only my insistent crippling was from poliomyelitis and encephalitis. I received no help as well. I'm still suffering horribly. But I told I shouldn't be in any pain. I have severe osteoporosis. As of 2016... I have no femur cap on my right leg. My rib cage is collapsed. And rests on my hip. Every movement is excruciatingly painful. I'm sorry for bothering. But this is the first time I've had the will to explain. Thank you so much for listening.

"I've been in a like situation since I was 5." You then go on to describe a number of PHYSICAL, debilitating and painful illnesses/injuries which could be verified.
In short, NOTHING like this situation! All of your pain 'should' be traceable back to a 'source'. An original injury or illness which would cause you pain.
Unlike Maya, whose only source of pain led back to ... Beata and her reportings, which mysteriously disappeared when Beata wasn't around.

@@elizabethbathory6144 What makes you say that Beata was making Maya sick? I’m just curious why do you think that I don’t think a mother could make their kids sick like Maya do you even understand what CRPS is it’s kind a like fibromyalgia and you’re saying there’s reasons that it could cause whatever is going on with someone I have fibromyalgia it does not run in my family and there’s days are hurt or I could barely get out of bed and there’s days that I don’t hurt near as bad and there’s some days I don’t hurt at all but I guess I guess they’re faking two or someone’s making them sick. I’ve been to two doctors about my fibromyalgia. There’s no reasons why because I’m healthy I woke up one morning I can move. My legs hurt so bad I feel like I was paralyzed and he say how it’s funny how she can walk now all of this happened in 2015 2016 she went to therapy, she worked hard because she’s smiling isn’t in pain doesn’t mean she’s not in pain. You aren’t too read up on CRPS. I can’t believe you actually think Beata was making her daughter sick and causing her family have 1000 dollars in medical bills.

Plain and simple , Beata was a nurse who was speaking with an accent, telling the Drs and nurses how to treat her child. You see it every day, if you're a mechanic and you take your car to another mechanic, for whatever reason, and tell that mecahnic what's wrong with your car and you know what's wrong with it because you are a mechanic, and what to do to fix it, I GUARANTEE most mechanics will be mad becuase you tried to tell them how to do their job Next thing ya know, you're getting charged for all the "crap" they say is wrong with your car, and the initial problem is still not resolved. All because of EGO.

Also it's easy to find a doctor "who cares" when you are paying him $2500 a week for his services or $100,000 for a 7 day coma, none of which is covered by insurance which is what Kirkpatrick, Mantou & Hanna were being paid. The doctors who care are working for a reasonable salary commensurate with experience in big busy hospitals where time is insignificant when they want to help a child, where they work up to 20 hour shifts when needed, where nothing is to much trouble. @@foxiedogitchypaws7141 A lot of anger about doctors not listening stems from time limitations set by employers. Corporations have taken over medicine and have demanded primary care doctors see a new patient every 20 minutes. In addition, they are stuck imputing data in the computer at the same time. Nurse practitioners in the same practice are given twice as much time to see a patient. Many physicians are leaving medicine because they no longer can nurture any kind of doctor patient relationship. The average debt following completion of medical school is over $300,000. All doctors don’t make big bucks. Pediatricians are lucky if they make $150,000 per year. Primary care physicians are in the same boat. Don’t confuse what plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons and radiologists make with the low salaries of other specialties. Most primary care physicians work 60 hour work weeks. If they wanted to make money, they would have gone to business school.

CRPS or whatever else is just a word, just semantics. Whatever was going on or not going on with Maya, her mother was medically abusing her. The drugs and amounts of drugs that were pumped into her for almost 2yrs, the disrupted life, procedures, hysteria, exaggeration of symptoms and hunger for more diagnoses by Beata are reason enough to take Maya away. It wouldn't matter what Maya "had" the issue was no 9/10yr old child should be drugged to that extent or subjected to the horrors Maya was in the name of a concerned mother. Maya ended up going along with it all because she got caught up in the attention & because she had a captive audience in her mother. That child probably had behavioural issues before all this.

Maya has CRPS. There is nothing her mom could have done to make her have it and her parents were trying to find a way to get her to not have such debilitating pain from it. So no the mom wasn't guilty of anything. Hell one of the social workers ask the dad if he's ever thought about divorcing the mom making it really clear that they just dislike the mom because she's polish and she speaks very bluntly and they didn't like it. She's a nurse and was trying to explain to them how to help her child. Let's think about this logically. The hospital already had her diagnosis in their records and yet this one doctor decided to disregard what had already been diagnosed and make up her own mind. The same doctor seems to be proud of the fact that she's separated hundreds of kids from their families and 12 of which were wrong and had to be overturned one man they kept his child away from him for over a year based on her wrong information that she wanted to play God interfere in people's lives and their families. The fact that you've got a social worker who is kissing Maya taking pictures of her trying to take nude pictures of her which were unnecessary you would take the pictures of her. I've never heard of taking nude pictures of a child before and after they go to a visit and she wasn't even going to a visit. She was just going to court so hopefully nothing happened to her in court that caused her skin lesions or bruises. And you wouldn't take a picture of a naked child that's just not done in the child services way unless it's to prove it injury due to something sexual being involved. These people just did not like having their judgment questioned by mom and so they mediately said she must be abusive or causing this even though they never did any investigation to find it out they just reported it took custody of Maya and then released her six days after her mom died even though she wasn't better she was worse. So it's like OSU kept her all this time to keep her away from her mom and her mom dies and 6 days later you just send her home without doing any other process. And then Johns Hopkins is the hospital that put in her port for her to go to Mexico and have the infusions and they knew that's what it was for and they did not say one word then about them not understanding and not agreeing to her getting ketamine infusions. Now that is FDA-approved for that and her depression so the fact that they were trying to say that that wasn't approved but it is now so apparently it ended up being the right call by the family and not the hospital

Is he kidding me? If anyone stopped the video when a report Maya Mother's gave Dr. Kilpatrick after her ketamin coma you'd see he's full of it. Maya's Mother stated Maya was hallucinating for 3 days which scared her & Maya. She didn't know who her Mother was & her Mother reached out to her husband for help. She wanted to switch hotels but was afraid of moving Maya. This doctor only went to school for only 2 years over 40 years ago to be an Anestheologist. He even said his gadget he used that shows CPRS didn't show that Maya had any temperature changes on Maya so he didn't document it which is wrong. He lied or mis-lead the Court when he said he video taped when he was was going to administer the infusion or right after it was completed. He lied he did it a couple of months later after Maya had been treated @ the hospital. He doesn't document when it shows a patient doesn't have all the signs of CRPS. He gets away with this saying it's a Research clinic that's where the money goes which it doesn't it goes in his pocket. It's a know disorder & there are treatment centers but most Insurance Plans won't cover this treatment. You could die from one thing but in you're chart it will show no you died of something else that it was a contributing factor in you're death. And to say it's not addictive when he's using this is B.S. especially in the high doses he's giving. He better hope he isn't brought before the Medical Board bc I guarantee you he won't be administrating these high doses to anyone let a lone children. Even hospitals have a protocol & limit they have to follow. The Defense barely got to have one bc there going to easy on all the inconsistentsis that we're made by Jack & Maya. If they come off to aggressive on cross it will rub the Jury the wrong way. Her parents marriage was over a year prior to her suicide! Like this doctor said Maya is smart like her Mother when it comes to treatments & medicine & she listens to her Mother! I don't believe have of what their claiming like Maya falling twice & the social worker kissing her. Who would risk their career after all those years. It amazes me how all the hospitals & the Rehab center all document the same problems they ran into when dealing with the Mother & Maya. When all was said & done she needed all the the different treatments to get her mobile again not just a ketamin IV. Ontario, 🇨🇦

I agree with you 100%. I feel like most people who believe the story the plaintiffs paint is because they somehow relate their own issues with doctors or hospitals or pain syndrome with Maya's story. Actually, most people don't even understand the basic fundamentals such as the hospital was NOT the one who wanted Maya to be sheltered there for all those months - it was COURT ORDERED. In fact, the hospital actually LOST money because of Maya's prolonged hospitalization. They could have made WAY more money if that room was free to use for actual patients with acute needs. They were genuinely concerned that Maya was given doses of ketamine that could kill a horse and had to report it.

The mother altered a prescrition, assuming that it was her who put " terminal illnees," on the script! Unbelievable. Don't people think that was part of her fear? That being found out? It is a felony with prison time. Not to mention she would lose her nursing license. That is serious. And if people overlook that, there is something wrong with their judgment.
Maya will never be in remission from the pain of her mother self deleting herself. For a mother who couldn't handle seeing her daughter in pain, her daughter is now in life long unending pain because of that.
My heart breaks for people who end their lives, and for their families. I know firsthand. But in this case, it is just so contradictory to what she was supposedly fighting for. I don't think she did it to bring her home. She was either guilty of something or was focused on her own pain.

There is nothing like operating ethically and with integrity. Why didn’t the hospital and all those involved just admit their mistakes, pivot, and fix them. All the deceit, lies, dodging, games, constant maneuvering, to deny wrong doing only to pay dearly in the end. The question here is why. This is a hospital entrusted to care and above else do no harm. No one here at this institution can cast blame or point fingers. If you witness wrong doing and you do nothing, then you automatically are part of problem and the blame lies on you. Period. Shut this hospital down and never let this happen again. All families and individuals harm by these people should stand up gather and seek justice. There is no price that can remedy the pain and harm here.

I can't believe he pretends he doesn't know the answer to the first question! A board certified doctor is far better than a non certified doctor. He's an anathesologist from 40 years ago. He just lied when the jury asked if he read Maya's chart & he said yes. But when he was asked by the Attorney he said he didn't read her chart! @@max355cat Hi, the Dr. that was wearing a brown suit he doesn't have hospital privileges. He has his own practice he charged the family $10,000 for giving Maya the ketamin infusion in Florida not Mexico. What really upset me is the follow up appointment a week later with Maya & her Mom. Maya wasn't feeling any better she was actually worse. She was dehydrated, vomiting & had diarrhea & that in itself(dehydration) can create blood clots, cardiac arrest, stroke yet he gave her no IV fluids. He told her Mother to put in an IV herself to administer IV fluids bc she was a nurse. He should have told her to bring her to the ER right away but he didn't. I believe her parents ended up bringing her to the ER. I can't believe he administered that much ketamin into anyone let a lone a child that's insane! I have had multiple surgeries where I had to learn how to walk @ 16. I have dealt with severe chronic pain for 23 years now & there's no way any hospital in Canada would give those high doses of any narcotics to anyone bc it's doesn't get to the route of the problem. Where pain is concerned the brain receptors are involved too. I will try to go back & find his name but he's definitely well into his late 60's or 70's. Take Care! Ontario, 🇨🇦 🐾 🐾

They may not particularly like the fact that they have to drag their @sses to work every day while Jack K suns himself on one holiday after another. I’ve read several comments on these videos of people saying that ketamine infusions save their life. . I’m not sure why you’re saying it’s not regulated. If it’s open for business, it is regulated by the board of medical examiners in each state. . You can’t practice medicine without being recertified every two years by the board. … you have to take continuing education classes about 30 hours every two years that’s a lot of seminars in new information and you have to pay a fee every two years about $500 to re-certify your license
