my opinion, even though you are not an expert in evaluating accommodation such as hotels and an expert in evaluating food such as restaurants, you represent many foreign tourists who don't want to waste their time for traveling. The reason is because you are an international TH-camr, not a local TH-camr. You have quite a lot of followers. Above 2 million people is a lot. But... What I like about your TH-cam content is the natural video journey, bringing detailed atmosphere and situations.
The Philippines do seem like a great place for tourism, no white guy price, no scammers and beggars jumping at you from every corner, everyone (or almost) seems friendly and helpful. That's what matters I think, the vibe.
I'm sorry but unfortunately that's not the reality, there are some pinoys who does that, I'm pinoy/filipino...but i will assure you that most Filipinos are friendly and kind, though a lot are shy.

Next time u go to Baguio use the Joybus Premier the bus is more luxury with better seats and on the back of each seat is ur own private tv screen just like on a plane and u can pick what u want to watch for movies or music etc and its cheaper than what u paid for the Victory Liner
caldereta would be the next step after adobo which is the basic staple food. some might say menudo or asado, but they honestly don't have as complex a flavor profile as the pork adobo you ate (which in itself is as well an upgraded version of the traditional adobo). in pampanga, they even serve caldereta made with goat meat. definitely something worth considering in my opinion, if you're ever going there.
