Since then, i have dropped 40 pounds of fat and added about 10-15 pounds of muscle and now have abbs. Didnt understand the dips. What was the difference? Leaning more forward (rounding) means more breast and less triceps. As this is a video about growing pecs, was his intention to reduce triceps while doing dips? I understood him that it should be a triceps exercise but without the band I would be to weak. Could anyone explain?

It’s so that when going down, it can stretch the chest more ( note: the stretch part is slightly more important than the contract part ) and BTW, the name of the push up is wrong, ROM push ups is like legs moving walking, it sounds so weird, it’s actually push ups with a “ bigger “ range of motion. Hope that clears up

Why do people so nonsense? Those chairs and books are the things you should generally have in your house or even you don't have you may find something similar if you really want to do it. Even those things are equipment or not it no point! He already recommend the good dish for you. Do you want him to order it, pay it or even chew it for you? Try to do something yourself!

The more you lean forward it works more chest, but either way you’re going to be working your triceps and shoulders. It’s a compound movement
More triceps would bench dips with your arms behind you
