    Great video !
    I’m going to try this today , most of the workouts I can do minus the lunges and correct form pushups, I typically do the girlie pushups lol 🤦🏽‍♀️
    And the lunges hurt my knees , I really have to focus and go slow either way them to prevent injury.

    To cause 'fat burning' you need to exercise in a fasted state when body starts to mobilize free fatty acids from adipose tissue. But what's more important eating low carb or ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting will help to mobilize fat even more. Only then exercise can help

    Could anyone tell me about their results. I’m 35 in a couple of weeks, spent most my adult life at 32 inch waist, I’m currently 39 inch. My body in general is pretty athletic but I’ve got the typical beer and takeaway gut. Just wondering how long it took you to see results

      Let me start off by saying that I am in no way hating on this guys content but… the most effective way to burn fat is a calorie deficit. No amount of “fat burn” excercises are enough. The title is VERY misleading.

    • @taylorrichardson5523
      @taylorrichardson5523 14 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@JenniferRoss4 I’ve still been doing the workout because it’s going to help in some way but I’m going down the intermittent fasting route and also changed my diet.

    Ur body will only start to burn fat directly when you are under stress for a relatively long time (e.g. 1-2h of cardio). Before that all your glycogen repositories (idk whether that‘s correct in english) will have to be drained (that‘s a really simplyfied explanation but due to the language barrier and depth of this topic I will only mention the core information)

    • @tasty_sand
      @tasty_sand หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Afaik anaerobic exercises burn fat more efficiently than cardio.

    • @heinebouma4770
      @heinebouma4770 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So that’s why you need a good diet that gets rid of your glucose then you be burning fat only KETO is the answer carnivore diet

    • @gutwerden
      @gutwerden หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@tasty_sand you can do anaerobic cardio but that‘s not the point. You first have to drain those glycogen repositories before ur body uses fat as a direct energy source to resynthesize ATP, which won‘t really happen in 10 minutes. Don‘t mean to be rude or anything, just trying to help. I have to reinform myself on that topic for further discussion and I‘ll keep u updated

    I’ve always wondered this. What are people more impressed with you or me? I don’t mean me versus you. What I’m trying to say is you see the wasted I lift. Like 150 pound dumbbells for seven reps what is more of a wow factor. Seeing me do that or not me to see anybody do that this is not about me. This is about anybody that can do that versus the stuff that you do. I’m gonna have to numb by Ashley and I might be wrong say that mine is more impressive because I’ve seen a lot more people do what you can do then what I can do that’s my opinion. I’m a very confident person, so this is not me feeding my ego I’m just giving my opinion and if I’m wrong I’m wrong I can care less but what I have learned in life I’ve always my entire life thought that what you do is healthier, but as the years have gone on, it’s become quite clear. I’m not talking about strongman or powerlifting. I’m just talking about regular people that go to the gym alternate lift, heavy weight that’s actually healthier for you than calisthenics. That’s what I’ve heard I can be 100% wrong I don’t know I’m no expert in this field, so what’s harder would I do or what you do and what’s healthier for you?
