    Most people miss it, but the secret to retiring comfortably is finding a way to make returns while your money works for you. My dad, as I remember, started saving for retirement quite late, but I know he was making more than 10k returns from his investment monthly and it was completely passive.

      This is really amazing though. I'm curious as to how he did it. Was it real estate? Or he was a market enthusiast?

    • @matturner8
      @matturner8 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Haha. Investing enthusiast? Not really. Our family got introduced to a financial advisor about four years before my dad retired. That was what changed things. I've been using the same now and I think my retirement income would be on the right track.

      Please could you guide me on how to get in touch with your advisor? My funds are being eroded by inflation, and I'm seeking a more lucrative investment strategy to effectively utilize them before I start bothering about retirement.

      I'm hesitant to make recommendations like this online so I can't drop her contact here, but you could look her up yourself and contact her if you wish. Her name is Carol Vivian Constable

      Certainly, there are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’ Carol Vivian Constable” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive.She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.

    I found it interesting, but I found it like most videos on the subject that it is not relatable to the regular everyday person who may be working at 9 to 5 or longer. I feel like most of these videos are for a very specific demographic, such as people who are entrepreneurs or CEOs or are already wealthy. Honestly not everyone is cut out to be an entrepreneur and not everybody wants to be an entrepreneur. It would be really nice to have somebody come on and say hey you’re working 9 to 5 you’re doing the best that you can here is some simple tips or tricks for you to make your money go further or how to start saving better or investing. Also, not someone who just might be selling a course on this topic or process.

      I don’t think there’s tips and tricks honestly. I work a 9-5 and the best advice I would give is choose a high paying field
      (70k or more) and use the 30/50/20 rule for budgeting you can google that rule. Follow this and you will be good. Also get out of debt and stay out of

      I definitely get what you are saying because a lot of what we see from influencers is out of touch with the avg person. However, I also think he did give advice that anyone could run with when he suggested using $100 to invest in yourself. For instance, if you want to learn about investing you could easily go to your library and read a book about investing. You will also have to do your own research. No one will give you all the things you need to know- even if you purchased their book or course.

    Owning assets and a business come with so many risks it scares people. The first lesson people need to learn about investing is getting over the fear of trying. Belief in oneself is the key.

      For me I remember sitting with a pen in my hand staring at a contract to buy a triplex. I sat there for so long the salesman finally broke his silence and asked "what are you thinking about?". I said I was " doing the nuclear explosion in my mind of if this all goes really bad what will it look like." I was scared sh**less till he asked and then I realized I don't have anything. I signed, worked my butt to make sure it didn't go wrong and it went pretty good.

    Thank you for sharing. Financial education is crucial today to show incredible resilience and discipline in the volatile market, masterfully balancing strategy and insight for success. This dedication to continuous learning is inspiring...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.1BTC to a decent 15B TC in the space of a few weeks... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape..

    Yeah, so the biggest reason people have wealth is luck.
    Don’t ask Jeremy to borrow his boat and don’t waste your £100 if that’s all you have left a month and you’re lucky if you do, on taking people who are wealthier than you for dinner.
    No wealthy person factors in luck, which is the biggest determining factor in wealth and tries passing off some nonsense as to the reason why they have it.

    So much of this content feels completely unrelatable, at least to the average man. Maybe that is the point I don't know.
    It does seem like a lot of the content is predicated on individualism and how you can use others for your own benefit. I wonder if this is why so many are unhappy and addicted in some way or another these days.

    This isn’t new information. WB and CM (RIP), just to name two apex investors, have spoken on investing for years. This guy is 110% wrong when he spoke on $100 a month in discretionary income being “worthless” or not being able to do much with it. Also the invest in yourself line, ok let’s be honest if I know this then it’s pretty much common knowledge I wouldn’t consider it revolutionary advice. I do like this channel and content but this was rubbish. I stopped the video 6 minutes in I couldn’t listen to any more of his drivel. Read books and articles of investing. Create your own path. I could be a smudge triggered because I’m a recluse and you don’t, I repeat, you do not have to be a social troglodyte to be wealthy. I’d go a step further and say don’t share your hard earned experience or knowledge on investing with anyone! And people that give free advice, be cautious of the information and take it with a grain of salt. Basically the internet is broken including TH-cam. 🖖

    • @kevinc9597
      @kevinc9597 11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      True but I think thes corrects point are: if you cannot invest more than 100$ a month, you probably have a high leverage potential on your salary so get some training and raise your permanent salary by as much by identifying why your net is so low. Maybe buy some books, doesn't have to be rdm dinner.
      Also if you are not interedted in investing strategy, better use a simple solution on money and use your time and effort on ways to increase your network, your salary and decrease your expenses.
