    I get SO excited when I log on and see a new workout… especially when it’s an hour!!! This one took me to 5.5 miles and burned 900 cals! For the first time ever, I ran on a 7! Was going to stop at 6.8 and hold there but I pushed it and I’m so proud of myself. These are amazing and I looooove Rachael so much. Thanks guys!

    Well I am proud of myself. I did not give up even though the body would not fully cooperate today. Completed each round but had to drop the max pace 6-6.5. Maybe next time. Thanks Rachel for pushing me through.

    I’ve never had so much fun running on the treadmill. The time just flies by😊
    Please keep doing some longer runs for those of us stuck inside due the cold and snowdrifts lol. These videos are so motivating.

    I set out to do a 60mn run today…and look what the cat dragged in. lol! Your final words of this run completely echoed how I felt. I feel good about finishing this one! Thanks again, Coach Rachael!!

    Coach Rachael!! this one was soooo good and i cannot stress this highly enough..as you rightly said running is not only a physical workout but also pushes one mentally to overcome any type of stress and depression. Thanks to your motivating words i pushed through it with the shuffles in between and it brought me up to 5.7 miles. thank you for all that you have done and continue to do to for the running community.

    Thank you! This one was hard! Been running with you for a few months and I've noticed during the push paces and sprints my heart rate is lower than when I first started these videos...must be getting stronger!

    Thanks to this session I just start today, I have run 10km in less than 1 hour for the first time.
    The marvel of this session is all about those motivational speech in between that just rewire my mind and clear out those losing thoughts. Thank coach!!

    Woooo! Love my 1 hour runs on the weekend now. I look forward to them ❤. The last block was surprisingly the most difficult this time. It's usually the endurance ones. Guess my body's changing 😂😊😊

    This is my 5th run this week and my third one hour run in a row so today wa a struggle. But this is second week in a row of getting 5 to 6 runs in. I'm so proud of myself 🎉🎉🎉🎉 thanks to you coach!

    What a workout. I tried the bootcamp video earlier this week after work and got halfway through and couldn't finish without cheating so I had extra motivation to finish this one and did. Stayed on the slow end of the push and sprint but it was more about not quitting. Great workout!!!!

    Didn't know I was going to be finishing this one! But i did. 2nd block was the toughest mentally and I kept saying this is it I am going to end now but kep going so THANK YOU! Challenging but rewarding

    I did not expect this. It literally took 16 minutes for me to literally puke my guts out. I'm coming back again tomorrow though and I intend to finish it🙏

    OK 2nd round had me gassed especially when I realized we had 6 more pushes after going gung ho for 4 (thinking there was only 2 more to go) 😂😂😂😂😂 but I made it!! thanks coach!! another AWSOME run!!

    "Jump the shark" is from Happy Days -- they tried to liven up the fifth season that was losing viewers by putting in a very hyped, but strange episode where Fonzie jumped a shark on water skis. Here's the dictionary definition -- (of a television series or movie) reach a point at which far-fetched events are included merely for the sake of novelty, indicative of a decline in quality. Great workout!
