I bought the 50$ one from aircraft spruce ( made in -----) and the jaws don't line up quite right. I found I super glue the place to cut an wrap it with bk tape i get no frays. Cut with a slitter wheel. Did the shrink wrap. Was interesting about the carosion part. Oh crap. I used 7x19 cable an wax lubricant at all nylon ferrel points, it made the cables work so much better. The wax i used was stuff porta band blade treatment for cutting aluminum. I was amazed at how well it worked.

I ordered Tined Copper Sleeves from Aircraft Spruce... I sure hope that's what they sent... :)

Aluminum just won't hold up from what I have seen.
