Liking in advance because Malmö became my dream destination ever since I watched your beautiful vlogs showing around the city a while ago :) thanks for the incredible content, you are amazing! Love from Italy :*
Malmö is a lovely city and if you come over you must take the train over to Copenhagen as well, it only takes 30 minutes! Glad you like the channel, thank you for your kind words. :) Love from Sweden!
Another gorgeous staycation in Malmö! It is truly a pleasure to have been invited along for the sights, sounds, and food. I must do better with my own local getaways; thank you Malin and Rob for the inspiration to do just that!!
So nice video!! I am swedish, living in Uruguay with my family and I lived in malmö some years and so fun top see they have so many new places they opened,.,thanks!!!
Another wonderful vlog from you both and you certainly did Malmo proud! Hopefully, one day we are able visit to enjoy the city and go to some of the amazing little cafes and stores. Those huge trees in the park are very special too! Thank you for taking us on this little journey with you. Greetings from Down Under xx
I put off watching this as I miss Malmo. We used to come over from Copenhagen regularly for shopping, and in fact both my husband and I have worked there. Goodness knows when we will ever get to Sweden again...we are now in New Zealand...but hope we can stop off in Malmo as well as Stockholm and Kalmar. Love this video.
What a great tour! So happy to see so many Vegan options in Malmö, we're definitely adding it to our bucket list for when things go back to "normal". It's also a really beautiful city, loved the architecture, culture and little stores. Ps: your cinematography is out of this world. This felt like watching a movie, so many vibes ✨
This is gonna sound dumb but I love your videos SO MUCH that sometimes I can’t watch them because it makes me miss Europe and makes me sad that I can’t go anytime soon
This was so enjoyable that I felt like I was right there with you. You two are so fun to be with. Can’t wait to see what’s on the menu with all those goodies you took home. Stay well. Stay safe. 💛
I get the feeling of being uncomfortable around crowds too. I guess it’s an introvert thing. Also sensible during a pandemic. A lovely film as always Malin and I hope to spend some time in Malmo when the world opens up again.
Staycations are such a great idea in these covid times.. Malmo looks great and would love to visit it along with other places in Sweden.. the video is beautifully shot as usual!
Hello Molly! So good to see you once again. Malmo is such a beautiful place. I would love to visit one day. I love your channel so much. Thank you for all that you and Rob do.
Wow, what an amazing job filming this video, it looks professionally done! It was so nice to see somewhere that looked (close to) normal again - in regards to the pandemic. I absolutely LOVE your Old Town there; so beautiful! Also, all the places you guys ate at, or got food from looked amazing...so delicious!! Thank you for all the time and energy you put into making your videos. The food always looks incredible; so many ideas. :):)
Hey Malin :) after watching this video, I really want to go to Malmö in the future. Beautiful and wonderful place to go with delicious vegan options that I can wait to taste. Thank you so much for one more amazing video!!!
so glad you liked it jaclyn and thanks for joining the premiere :D we do love malmo and it's fun to share it with you all! wishing you a lovely day/evening x
Some places around the world have been much less affected by covid than others. In many cities, people do not have to wear masks. I live in Sydney, which is a major city in Australia and even we aren't wearing masks.
Paris Ti feel what you’re saying is very irresponsible as Australia is struggling right now with record coronavirus death. It’s all over the news at this very moment.
@@CC-rx4nv Australia is not struggling. Per capita we have low cases. Victoria, one of our states is suffering but they have been locked down/borders closed. Don't twist the news.
So glad you enjoy the channel 😊 Rob and I keep our distance to people at all times and take things slower and just wait or come back later if places are too busy. This is one of the reasons we didn't stay at Malmö Saluhall for example. We might pass someone outdoors closer than 1,5 meter but would not stand next to someone, especially not in an indoor environment. We do most things outside, like we don't eat inside in restaurants and cafes etc. We are not required to wear masks in Sweden, very few people do it. We are considering getting some to wear when we go to the market as it is a little harder to make sure people are at a good distance there but it's also outside which means it's less likely to pick up the virus. We do think a lot about how we move around and this staycation was the first time we were moving around more freely in the city since the start of the pandemic. Wishing you a wonderful evening!
Please answer this silly question: Are Swedish people taught color combinations in primary school? Because I’ve never seen any Swedish who looked blah. Even if they’re underdressed, they match colors so well and their clothes still has details. I asked that silky question because I’ve noticed Swedish are great at matching colors and they’re so stylish (even the ones that are bums lol).
I think it's a great thing to use a mask in places where everyone is required to, especially in places where it's unavoidable to be around people in a stagnant environment like public transport for example! It does protect from the virus. If I was commuting to work or working in an indoor environment with other people or in a service job where I meet a lot of people I would definitely invest in some masks. In Sweden we are not required to wear masks and very few people do. Rob and I social distance at all times and have not seen a need for a mask at this point but would consider wearing it for sure. I don't mean to be contrary but I also don't want you guys to think I'm against wearing masks simply because I don't in the video. It's important we all take safety measures and abide by the rules that have been set out for us by experts and professionals in their field 💛
Michigan is the harshest state in the US for mask requirements. It gets to the point where you don't even want to go anywhere anymore. It's sad. Hope this ends soon. Peace and love!
I'm sorry to hear that Cindy! I hope we will get a good vaccine up and running soon so that we can relax more around people again. Wishing you all the best and a lovely weekend 🤗
What camera and lenses do you use? I'm a photographer and am in the market for a camera upgrade- I've always admired the detail and clarity of your videos!
It is actually a piece of art. Called the Bridge of Memories when directly translated from Swedish. The shoes all belonged to famous people from Malmö who since have passed.
Really great video, Malmo looks stunning. There was an awful lot of pop up advertising which I'm sorry to say spoilt the ambience of the beautiful video. X
Jesus is a prophet sent before last prophet Mohammad (pbuh). He never claimed dignity nether he was son of God He preached Islam but his teachings were changed by Paul. Jesus and his mother Merry are mentioned in detail in Qur'an. Pl try to understand.
This is a pretty video but I'm not gonna lie, seeing service employees not wearing masks makes me too uncomfortable. If you work in a store or a cafe your ability to social distance is limited so you should have basic protection at least.

Sorry you feel this way! We abide by the rules set out for us by our government and we social distance, don't get closer to people at any time and spend basically all our time in outside spaces with plenty of room between us and other people.
Usually love watching your videos but can’t say that anymore as I feel it’s quite irresponsible to be out in public and not wearing a mask. Why then use hand sanitizer? Good luck to you but won’t be watching your channel anymore.

Good Eatings Thanks for your response. There are things that we do because they’re legally required and others because they are the right things to do. Unfortunately, unscrupulous politicians have made wearing a masks a political issues when we’re talking about life and death here. And Many who are lucky enough to have survived the coronavirus are still dealing lasting issues. Wearing a masks are for those in the medical professions who risk their lives for us everyday. Also for those who don’t have the option to work from home and have to go to work everyday and be in close contact the public just so they can pay their bills. From your videos, I get the impression that you are a wonderful and caring person. Just wish you would give this issue further consideration because you have viewers that pay close attention to what you do. Wearing a mask is such a simple act but it means so much for others. And if you social distance and don’t get close to others perhaps you can state it at the beginning of your videos when you’re out in public so your viewers are aware, just a suggestion. Apologies if I’m passionate about this it’s because it’s such a big issues here in my corner of the world.
How is it possible that you guys don't worry about Covid19? You wear no facemasks, the people at the café didn't wear any and they were handling the food. I couldn't watch all the video but i am sure even the people at the hotel didn't wear any. It's very cringey, yikes.

Sweden has taken a heard immunity strategy, which essentially leaves the responsibility to the individual. They have had crazy high case numbers and deaths as a result of this, but their health minister argues that it is a better strategy in the long run. Seems stupid to me, because so many people have died. But only time will tell I guess. Their GDP has shrunk less than other European countries.

@@GoodEatings how about the food being handled in unsafely manners ? I haven't seen anyone sanitize their hands, unfortunately :/ it all contributes to the spread of the virus.
ⵏⴰⴷⴰ- ⴻⵔⵔⴰⴱⵉⵄ ⵄⵉⵙⴰⵡⵉ The virus doesn’t spread by ingestion according to the current research. Sweden has sustainable restrictions in place such as social distancing, hand sanitisation, avoiding crowding, something that most of the world hasn’t managed to implement successfully even till now. But I guess the numbers speak for themselves, the recent numbers of infections in Sweden have been low whereas much of the rest of the continent is struggling with ever-rising numbers yet again. Mind you that this is a travel video, it has been cut and edited to look nice not to emphasise Malmö’s efforts on stopping the virus.
