yes I realize it's clickbait but hear me out... it's a condo for your backyard
I hate you Scrinko. You suck!
A back yard most people who clicked on the video don’t own lol
This is part of the reason that I blocked this doofus
I love this.
On the clickbait scale this is practically literal tbh
💡 *Brampton Landlords be thinking like "I wonder how many more international students i can fit into this garden suite* 😅🤣😂
A lie
Cuz this is only happening in brampton? Not sure why considering brampton is relatively cheap still compared to the rest of Toronto.
@@jeremybenoit759 *what the heck are you talking about, this a joke about brampton landlords and not about if Brampton is cheaper then Toronto*
It’s better than having them live in your attic 🤣
@@YMH420s 💡 *the ATTIC, the untapped resource for landlords, just think how many beds you can fit up there for rent* 😅🤣😂
200k for a tiny home and everyone acts like this is normal. This world is messed.
Right 😂I'm watching it for some reason But shaking my head That people think this cost is reasonable 😢
@@dwaynegamble244 my grandpa bot 5 bedroom, large basement, sauna, pool tables, shuffle board, full bar, massive stone fireplace, big yard, etc 42k lol. best part he didn't even have a education street boy, started work at 12, 4 children wife by 30 years old, vacations all time etc. Now this is sold as a family home 😂😂😂. Our future is DARK, imagine some street kid doing that now. It's impossible, if you went to college for 10 years for a high paying job you'd be lucky to have half of that
200,000 is a deal. Go ahead, try to find a roof over your head for under that price.
@@YMH420s that just furthers the point.
Also YMH sucks
Wait till they come for the property tax.
195 k is what a hole house with a yard should be...
I'd pay $ 27,500.00 tops
That probably only enough for the foundation
I’m moving into this and renting my house out 😊
My first thought honestly was "what if I get a lot and then me and my friends all put tiny houses on it and we make a little private village?" 😊
What rip off i can build a 2 story shed for less then $4,000
😂
This company sells dog houses for $70,000
@@googleaccount2637 lmao 🤣
We have some stuff like this in Portugal, but to reach 100k it needs to be a REALLY BIG HOUSE. 3 rooms or more. Canadians really do have it horrible right now 😓😓
We do😢 I am leaving soon..

The $195K includes the concrete slab AND the tie-in to city drainage/water/power with separate meters?
What's the rating on the insulation? How does it handle -30 to -50 weather
Any idea on tax increases? What about insurance costs for owner or tenants?
$200k for a box in Toronto…seems about right
Looks like it's missing the 45° angular plane for Toronto bylaw requirements for Garden or laneway suite?
We were considering on going this route. Beautiful layout
It’s a space being sold for $200k!!!!😂😂😂
Can you do this on a home that still has a mortgage?
warranty? taxes? insurance? security? -20C?
Toooo expensive 😢
This is a fabulous product. I had no idea you’re allowed to build this on your property
Is the tiny land included
can you do a video on a solution for multi-unit prefabs if anyone is doing that in Ontario? aka something like a 4 unit building made up of prefab units
Does it need a crane to build it.
Connecting that drainage system seems like a headache . It depends on where the drainage is it in the front of the house or the back of the house
Don't worry there's a product for that. Basically a unit that shoots all waste in whichever direction needed
Great job !
You could fit 10 Indian students in there. Charge $400/ month. Do the math. 🤘
Came here to dislike
This seems to be a great way to get people used to living in something. The size of a jail cell.
Looks super cool, wish we had this as an option when we put in our ADU - crazy cost and time sink building from scratch
Only issue as well is you can't owe a car so someone has to be a walker or biker to enjoy these spaces for real or on a ride share program or Uber Lyft... But they have some neat concepts only issue is a lot of 💩 in the sewer pipes can cause some serious backups with the Toronto aging piping system.... Only time will tell I guess...
Do you need building permits approved?
Yes - team handles the permits for you
Nice $200k shed 😂😂😂
300 square feet for $200k?? 👀!!!! 🤦♀️
He said in today’s video condos cost 1400$ a square foot to build so this is half that or more.
U efffffffin bassssturdz
WHAT TF IS IT MADE OF
Who owns this company
I would rsther have that for myself to live in, but havent found a place in ontario that will let me have one
@Jordon-Scrinko-Helpline ok. I'm messaging you here
Would could get a nice home in Alberta for this price.
It’s very nice for $55,000 NOT $195,000!
fire traps for families major liability and the fire code will cost 20x any chance of profit not a chance garbage sheds behind mut huts
Jordan says they, then says we...hmmm wonder what deal he is getting... obviously not a COI.
Yeah I caught that as well
Tax on it?
6 arms, 3 legs, and 60% of your income
I am looking small house for a. Couple no kids. I am looking in Hamilton oor nearby. Only bangelow style
This is a great concept!
What a lucky dog 🐕
Unbelievable!!
Looks Great!
You got us f’D up.. 200k condo shack. I know you lying 😂
Love this!
That is what a real capitalist society should have with a couple acres, the problem is rent, condo fees, and property tax. Capitalizing shouldn't include homes and food.
I used to rent a place like this in Vancouver except it was bigger and I paid $800 a month. But this was 2012.
Someone should actually try this out and write a review... Seems too good to be true
Вчу англійську дивлюся і слухаю що ви розповідаєте ..Багато цікавого..
Wow, I can see a ton of people in Etobicoke loving this option.
Looks way better than a condo to me...
Maybe buy a cheap lot and put this on it? If bylaws in any city allow this, housing crisis in Canada is solved.
What cheap lots?!?! You still need water, electricity, sewage, bureaucracy fees... by the time you're done it's $500k to live in a showbox!
@@smoothbraindetainer I'm not talking about Toronto. If you look farther from the GTA area, there are plenty of cheap lots.
@@KH-cs7sj the housing crisis is primarily lead by the GTA. That's where people want to be. Even that aside, it doesn't change much. Have you ever tried getting something built? You would not believe the amount of government fees and regulations fighting you.
True, this is great in our backyard (we live in Angus)
@@smoothbraindetainer
Fully agree.
Man prices are so high right now it’s insulting. It’s a cool concept but I can’t imagine the company would need to charge more than 150k tops for this.
cool
Sooooo much better than a condo. Avoiding the stupid elevator wait times and disruptions in city place alone is worth it. 👏
Good 👍 I
I’d rather rent than spend my life in debt. I want to live while I’m the most alive.
Even if you are trying to save for the future, it doesn't make sense to pay more servicing your debt than rent. Plus prices will come down as soon as people start foreclosing
If you rent you *are* in debt. Every month. Try not paying that debt and see what happens. Home ownership gives you an element of control and, eventually, an asset. Not saying there’s anything wrong with renting, we all start out doing it, and some of us have been lucky enough to get help with owning, but it’s an expensive forced savings plan if nothing else and people will always need to live somewhere, so demand is not likely to decline over time. What WILL decline? The portion of your mortgage payment that goes to the bank. Just my $.02.
Overall it makes sent, I’m not gonna lie.
SCRINKO SUCKS!!!
