What I did for my hair fall control. I mixed 3-4 drops of rosemary oil in my liitllleextra cooconinon shampoo during application and I kept on doing this for a 3-4 months and I saw my hair fall reduced so much.
Cocooonion shampoo is among the best shampoos I've ever tried in my life. It smells amazing, and I've never found such an amazing smell in any of the shampoos. Yes I am so upset with the crazy hair shedding I am experiencing for 1.5 years now. I think it is due to menopause and constant stresses of life. I do get new hair growing but the phase where the hair stays in the scalp is very very short, so I can’t keep long hair at all. My biggest concern is the new baby hair that grow become finer and finer so it is distressing to see so much shedding!!!
Maybe try using minoxidil if you haven't already

I started losing hair when i was 18 and 11 months old. I think one should scalp massage their hair atleast daily for 2 minutes and don't use shapoo like me. (I used a dandruff shapoo). Reduce ur streess by doing gamming or etc and take walks, and sleep is very important take atmeast 8 hours

Hi, if you could help me then i'd greatly appreciate. I've been trying to grow my hair out for 6-9 months. About 4 months ago I started taking 10,000 mgc biotin per day to help my hair grow. I then abrutly stopped about 3/4 weeks ago. I have been noticing a larger than normal amount of hair shedding on my pillow each morning. The hairs are shorter, mostly about 1-2" long. Do you think this is the result of me stopping taking biotin, and should I be concerned about this?

My hair keeps shredding after i had keratin botox rebond and treatment. The first week it was fine. I bought this Hairotic hair treatment and they say i substitute my conditioner with this and i did. 1st 3 days it was fine. The 4th day i didnt wet my hair. Fifth day after i took shower, my hair just suddenly wont stop shredding. Until now. Im scared to keep brushing my hair as shredding just wont stop and im concern if i might get bald. I also have so much dandruff when the shredding started. Now im scared to take a bath and use that hair treatment thing. Will this shredding stop when my hair gets longer and grow new ones after this treated hair?could this be because of the medicine they used for rebonding my hair or could this be because of this hairotic hair treatment i used after shampoo.? But the question I have is, is it possible for a hair treated with minoxidil and/or finasteride to even go through two or more shortened growth cycles to grow back to maximum strength? So it would be possible that the same hair falls out again after maybe 3 months and grows back stronger again? or can a hair root directly upgrade from a 49% miniaturized hair to a 100% hair thickness hair in just one cycle? As a guy I take care of my hair. It's about 14". I would say I lose 40 strands a day (that I know of)
Combining before the shower helps and using cold water. Shampoo every 2-3 days. Use a leave in conditioner once or twice a week

Can a daily shedding rate of 100 to 150 hairs be considered normal for everyone? For example, if a person with healthy hair has an average of 100 thousand hairs on their head and sheds 100 hairs per day, we can consider this normal. But for a person who has experienced hair loss until the age of 30 and has lost a certain amount of hair, is 100 hairs a day still normal? For example, I don't think I have as much hair on my head as everyone else. I am 33 years old and the volume of my hair has decreased until this age. Let's say I have 50 thousand hairs on my head, is my normal still 100 hairs or half of them?

33 is still like 23. Super young unless you smoke and eay badly. You are still very young. At 55 and over then that is when you have to be careful

I have seen that happen the last 3 years, in the fall. This past fall, it lasted nearly 5 months and so much was lost! I have noticed it being more ever since the one covid shot I took in 2021. Dang!!

Doctor i loss 6 kg in two months 10 month back ..And its 9 months of shedding…earlier in life i never have hair shedding…even a single hair not falll….but after weight loss hair falll start and its already ten month …. The hair that fall are sometime thin and sometime thick…but hair fall from center or vertex of head …i can see front hair loss also..but no side and back hair loss…But no hairline reciding…is it TE OR MPB …. I am 19 years old and i expereince 20-30 hairloss after bathing while drying my hair with towel. I have medium hair but in recent 2 years i have been experiencing such hairloss. I dont see much hairloss in pillows tho. I dont think its balding cuz its not that severe and my head still full and have baby hairs. But still those 50 hair shedding also concerns me. My moms says it because of my hormonal changes which i also think so. And also my eating habit is very poor right now. My concern is not balding but hair thinning becuase my dad and mom both hair are thin and fine. I dont wanna end up like that lol. I know this is not the right video for this comment but it’s the most recent. I have currently been using finasteride for 3 months and some change haven’t noticed any change in my hairline since. However, I am only a Norwood 2.5 so shedding and recession are already minimal to begin with. I haven’t had any problems with it. The question that I had was I take it the same time every day about 70% of the time. The other days I don’t skip it just take it late cause i am unable sometimes. I know everywhere it says take at the same time everyday. But How much of an effect does that really have on the drugs effectiveness. Any other guys here in the same boat?

Mine started with nortriptyline snd it wasnt even that much. 5 to 10mg. I was pulling it out. It hasnt atopped since 2016. I also have a thyroid thats too fast. Im losing probably 350 per day. My mom can tell. I dont know how Im not bald right now.
I've been taking liquid Minoxidil 5% and Finasteride for over a year now. I experienced shedding in the beginning. I've recently changed to Minoxidil foam for a little over a month now and I've been shedding pretty bad for the past week. Do you know why that is?

Probably due to tolerance, personally, I'd say use topical minoxidil, and also don't use it daily. Use it once in a 2 days, this is to prevent ur body building tolerance towards minoxidil that will make it no longer works
Normally minox caused the hair cycle to reset hence it falls out before growing again

Is a folate level or 2.7 low enough to cause rapid shedding?? I had covid with tonsillitis in august then started shedding 2 months after that. I had reoccurring mouth ulcers almost one after another maybe two at a time all last year I think that was the folate. At the start of my loss it was all long hairs and now it’s shorter hairs that look like newly grown hairs but they are as thick as the rest ? I’ve a few thinner longer hairs but these small ones aren’t thin

@@LFz-in7eb I switched to Dutasterid. I don't know if it was necessary but since I started balding at 20 and am now 25 I wanted to make sure I try my best. Went through shedding switching to Dut but my hair has improved a lot from before starting treatment. No complaints, I can update in a couple months if you're interested

If it's hair shedding there will be a white thing at the hand of ur hair it is protein and keratin which is build that means it's good and it will grow back again and if it's hairfall there wont be anything

It's okay if you apply... But it's better that you apply some sulhate free shampoo and use oil afterwards like light textured oil like coconut oil so they don't get dry. At least that's what i do

Check your gut health (if your stool is of good shape then it is normal if not then take your gut health into consideration )
2) Wash your scalp using shampoo twice a week
3) stress hair fall is reversible naturally
4) trim your hair (it will not reduce hairfall but it will definitely gonna reduce your anxiety )

Hard water can cause a lot of built-up of minerals on your scalp which causes the issues of brittle hair to hair growth issues. A good solution to this is getting a clarifying shampoo, use it up to once a week and also use a deep moisturizing hair mask and massage your scalp. If you can afford the expensive alternative, buy a water softener head shower. Hope that this helps 😊

no ... its perfectly normal ... that is normal shedding of the hair cycle ... when we lose hairs from DHT androgen alopecia .. it is a gradual loss that takes years to get noticed as this is a miniaturisation of the hairs until it results in baldness ....
