Great interview! Keep a daily routine with strict sleep schedule, fatty steaks, butter, egg yolks, water and take walks with sunlight exposure every morning.
You nailed it! This is what i am going to do!
Hi Jason, I saw your interview with Dr Baker. Just so you know I am a therapist. I wanted to say, please believe in what you are doing. The belief is an important step in the healing process. Miracles happen every single day, you can do this! Visualize whatever you put in your body (food, meds, etc.) as healing you. You don't need training to do this but I offer you help if you would like to know know more. I'm hopeful for you! Stacy
Thank you so much! Can you email me to speak privates? I have a few questions for you. My email is on my youtube page in the description! Hope to talk soon!
I love this comment on healing and healing thoughts. Good vibes and much healing your way Jason.

It was truly amazing to have that opportunity!

Thanks for the informative video. Im a 76 year old male with pancreatic cancer. This explains a lot on different areas of my situation. My son has been trying to get me more focused on exactly what you are discussing here. Once again Thank You.
You are most welcome. Thank you for your valuable feedback. If you have any questions or need to reach out, my email address is provided in the description of my TH-cam page.
Jason, you did a great job interviewing Thomas Seyfried. Thank you. I am praying for you and btw you look great!
Thank you so much! I love all the prayers!
Jason, I've listened to dozens of interviews with Dr. Seyfried on TH-cam, and I can honestly say that this one is definitely the best! Great questions.
My prayers are with you for your successful healing! ❤
Thanks a lot for your feedback. It means a lot. Thanks for being so positive and giving me feedback.
Professor Seyfried is a credit to the human race.
He is amazing!
THANKS to both of you ...Jason, thank you for allowing Dr. Seyfried the time to speak without a lot of interruptions and your thoughts. This was an extremely informative video
No problem! Thanks a lot for your feedback and support!
I’ve listened to Dr. Seyfried dozens of times. This podcast asked and answered more pertinent questions that patients want to know. Kudos, and prayers.
Thank you so much. Love the prayers!
Wow! Saw you on Dr. Baker’s channel this morning and decided to come and look at this interview. This makes sooo much sense! Retired nurse here. I’ve been Carnivore for almost 2 years and have greatly benefited from it. Had breast cancer with double mastectomy. This information is so encouraging, moving forward. Will look more into GKI. Thank you so much for this interview and I’m praying for you and for your strength, to keep pushing forward towards healing. God bless you!!!
I hope you are doing well and staying healthy. I had a question for Professor Seyfried, but unfortunately, I ran out of time. I wanted to ask if ketosis can help reduce the risk of recurrence. I believe it might. Congratulations on your two years of carnivore diet! I recently incorporated bone marrow fried in tallow into my diet. It's delicious, and I'm already noticing some benefits! I get the bones from my local butcher, and they kindly cut them for me. Give this a try! Its honestly amazing!
@@jasonwatson6104 , Thank you! From what I have been reading, I think there is a good possibility you are correct in your thought that ketosis may indeed starve those cells that are thinking of becoming cancerous. My hope is that the damaged precancerous cells can be eliminated with the right environment (ketosis). I absolutely love this way of eating. I’m really looking forward to making your bone broth. It sounds yummy! Perhaps you could do a video on how you make it. I’d watch! Also, it would help to have a great recipe like that for when I’m feeling under the weather. Those are the times I don’t like the thought of eating meat and having some nice, fatty broth would do the trick 😁
@chrisypbydesign, I've been considering doing that video when i do my fast. To be honest, I find the broth to be quite bland. I usually add salt and butter to enhance the flavor. Occasionally, I obtain beef rib bones from the butcher and add them to the broth, which significantly improves its taste.
@@jasonwatson6104 That would be awesome! I like the idea of adding the bones to the broth. I also saw someone who cooks down organic broth to about half of the liquid left to enhance the flavor. I’ve also seen people who bake the bones in the oven before adding them to broth. So many ways to do it!
@@chrisypbydesignI prepared the bones on the barbecue and they tasted delicious. The marrow came out effortlessly. It was quite rich in fat. I had to fry it a little in lard to make it crispy. I shared this experience on my community tab. Please take a look at the picture, it's quite amusing! So many ways to do Broth! I need to experiment!
Hi Jason, I saw your interview with Dr. Shawn Baker yesterday. Thank you for sharing your journey with the world. I've followed a carnivore diet on and off since 2020, but I became a strict carnivore on April 12 of this year. I wish you all the best on your health journey and the success of your channel. I'm in Ottawa, ON, and well, while I'm not surprised about the standard of care in this country, it's appalling that you can't get the off-label drugs you need.
It sure is my friend! Ottowa is not to far from me! So cool! Good luck with the carnavour diet! I bet you are feeling great!
Thank you Jason for being a wonderful host and having Dr. Seyfried on
Thank you! And thank you for your support!
Jason, thanks man! Thanks for bringing on Professor Seyfried! You deserve some props dude!
Thank you very much! He is truly remarkable! I could hardly believe that I was able to accomplish this. To be candid, I was slightly apprehensive and in awe. I have diligently studied and read all of his publications for the past eight months. It was an extraordinary experience to have this opportunity! I hope this gets to so many people and is helpfull. I think i got some new information out of him like stress and glucose etc!
@@jasonwatson6104 that's great to hear bro! Btw I just wish someone who interviews him next asks the question about the covid jab. I would like to hear his opinion on it if it does contribute to the damaging of the mitochondria.
We must cancel cancer
I agree!
One of the most informative interview with Dr Seyfried. Huge thanks to both of you! Sharing 🙏
Thank you very much for your feedback! Your positive words from you and this community mean a great deal to me! I truly appreciate it!
Amazing interview ! Thank you both....spread the word far & wide...If we inundate the field of oncology with millions of people simultaneously demanding a paradigm shift.....relentlessly, we can eventually wear down their utter refusal to acknowledge the truth and act on it ! That is once we get through all the CENSORSHIP ! It is this denial of true, non-toxic therapies that oncology refuses to research & act on.....that caused me to completely pull back from donating & volunteering to collect donations for Cancer Research as I previously had done ! I realized I was only contributing to their blindness & ultimately to the disgusting Money Grabs of pharmaceutical industries & their buddies !
Well said! Donate to Professor Seyfried!
Thanks very much!
You are very welcome!
Makes good sense. I saw something about a doctor who puts people on a 200 calorie a day diet for several weeks and it stopped cancer growth.
Yes! That would produce fabulous GKI!
if we do not have the weight to lose we can not do that
This is extremely challenging
That's just unsustainable. I saw 900 calorie recommendation in one of Seyfried's papers. I tried that and lost a ton of weight. And eventually hunger takes over and you pig out.
I find it much more practical to find the right level of protein to just maintain muscle mass. I can maintain low gki for many weeks after just a 3-day fast. And I'm consuming about 1,500 + calories a day.
I am very active, though.
Thank you
You're welcome
I just listen to your podcast with Shawn Baker. Thank you for your courage and stepping up to share your journey. I will follow you and send healing prayers your way !
Thank you very much for your support! I genuinely appreciate all the prayers! I pray for all individuals battling illnesses at this moment, particularly those fighting cancer.
i got diagnosed in Jan 2023 with a skull base chondrosarcoma. Surgery in March, 8 weeks of radiation in july. So far no growth. Been keto since jan 23 and carnivore since july. Keep the faith
You're doing amazing! Keep it up! Keep up the great work! I am praying for ypur health!
Thank you Professor Thomas Seyfried for the Truth…
Thank you so much!
Jason, Thanks so much for sharing your story! Hugely appreciate your interview with Prof. Seyfried.
Thanks for listening!
I have watched many interviews of Dr. Seyfried and this got him to talk a lot of new things with greater scope and clarity. Your questions are spot on. And you truly listened in order to learn. Thank you.
Thank you so much. This is very inspiring! I am now looking for more reaserchers to interview.
Oh, then you should reach out to Dr. Matthew Phillips. He calls himself the Metabolic Neurologist.
On it lol!
Great questions Jason. Dr Seyfried shares some interesting information with annoying repetition.
Thank you!
Great interview. My step dad was diagnosed with esophageal cancer & only did surgery. His doctors basically sent him home to die. That was 30 years ago. He is 93 and going strong. (He had a bout with bladder cancer 10 years ago & only did surgery for that too). He did no chemo/radiation and doesn’t eat any special way. He is a happy person; always an optimist. We figure that helps. And red wine. He sure likes red wine. (And drinks that for breakfast, LOL)
Positive attitude goes a long way! Mine has matastisized. Surgery whent pritty well tho. Thank you for your insperational story!
I just watched your Dr. Shawn Baker interview. Good for you, Jason! I’m so hopeful that you beat it!
Thank you so much! And thank you for your support!
Excellent Jason! Dr. Seyfried is a genius. Try to do do what he says. That 'press pulsing' is a unique idea that logically sounds like it should work. Careful though, I think I saw somewhere that D.O.N. is a 'vomitoxin'!
Thank you very much for your feedback and support. Yes, I am doing everything I can. You are absolutely right about glutamine. Healthy cells require glutamine, and blocking it excessively can be highly toxic. Don must be used by medical professionals but they are not using it.
Good job Jason.
Thank you!
Thank you for having Dr. Seyfried. Such a excellent interview.

Hi Jason
This was a great interview that firmed up my understanding of Thomas’s metabolic therapy for cancer management, press pulse and the importance of knowing your GKI. I saw you interviewed by Shawn Baker first. Thankfully I am not troubled by cancer but nevertheless thirst for this knowledge having watched other family members die to this condition. A fellow carnivore, keep doing what you’re doing and your children and wife will get to share you for many years to come.

Thanks for this interview. I have watched pretty much every other interview with Dr. Seyfried, so there wasn't much new here, but a little bit of a different angle. Thanks for asking some less common questions! Do you have any potential ideas for a follow-up interview? I know that HomesteadHow and/or Jeff D. (blessingsonmyjourney) did a follow-up interview to gather a little more information, which I also really appreciated.
So at the moment, the keys I gathered were: Keto diet (really focusing on GKI)(maybe with fasting too), reducing stress, moderate exercise. Add in fenbendazole; there's not a lot available to most of us to pulse the glutamine. I take a lot of supplements with the hope that they can help, but that's a whole other topic, and maybe impossible to measure.
Send me an email. It's on my TH-cam page in the description. I can forward you some pretty cool protocols.
Thank you Jason for utilizing your time and effort to help others with this interview of Dr. Seyfried. I have only learned of his work in the past week, even though I began yoga, nutrition, health & wellness practices in 1973! Best wishes and Blessings!
Thank you!
So listening to him, it appears that if you can restore oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria, then the cancer would be greatly inhibited?
In my opinion, this is accurate. I began taking Methylene Blue to address this issue. I mentioned it in my most recent video on my cancer treatment plan, but you just explained why I take Methylene Blue, and I admit I didn't do a good job explaining it in that video.
Jadon, can you do a video of the mushroom visions that you did, and explain what you saw?
Haha, I love it! I've always wanted to do this. It's so deep and beautiful, I don't think I can do it justice! But I'm going to try! Great request. Hopefully coming soon!
Thankyou Jason , Thankyou for giving your story , saw it on Dr Shaun baker channel. .

We need Doc like shaun baker and Dr seighfreid .
They push glucose .i still fall into the trapp thankyou .
Thankyou again .
Thank you very much for your support and feedback! You have accurately identified the challenges of big business in the medical industry. It is acceptable to occasionally make mistakes, as long as you get back on track. When I make a mistake, I usually fast for a day or two to get back on track. I have advanced cancer, so this is a rare occurrence. I have a strong motivation, but it is important to get back on track, regardless of the circumstances. Keep on going my friend!
Hi Jason, i saw your interview with Dr Baker.
Thanks for checking me out!
Jason... Sending prayers for you from Vancouver Island..
Thank you so much. I love prayers.
damn about the intense exercise
Certainly! A fine line indeed! It is true that excessive excercise can lead to negative consequences. The concept of diminishing returns is well-known, particularly in the context of cancer and excercise.
This part I found perplexing. I thought I've heard Seyfried say in other interviews that exercise was good if you have cancer?
I forgot to mention...for getting Ivomectin, I had a friend who buys this for their horses to pick some up for me.
I believe I may have finally located some. I am eagerly anticipating its arrival.
Ivermectin is a great solution I used horse paste after ovarian cancer surgery they tested and tested it was the last test a rare one they found, I had a foot sized tumor. My Surgeon agreed no chemo it does not work for the type of cancer I had.
@@jasonwatson6104I ordered horse paste online very inexpensive Ivermectin.
Awesome interview! Thank you.

Me too ... I seen your interview with Dr Baker and came here, and hope and pray for your long journey of happiness and helping of others.
Thank you so much! I love the prayers! Prayers back!
I just watched you and Dr. Baker. I also have a stage 4(different cancer)
A lot of stuff came to mind, relating what i have learned in regards to trying to beat the cancer.
1. A CGM. This has helped a lot lot. You have a gki mojo, i use pee strips to measure my ketones. I like the cgm as it doesnt require a prick and is easy.
I find some tricks to keep glucose down(besides carnivoire) 1. Walking even a half a mile a few min(like 30??) After eating. 2. Cold therapy. I take a shower( not hot
.luke warm to chilly) and finish off with COLD as the artic. Both things drop my number.
I try to eat 3 times a day(i lost too much weight also) breakfast is my big meal or maybe lunch. Dinner is a light meal. And try to end dinner by 3 ish. I have a small bowl of salt by my chair in the evening and the taste "helps" quench any cravings. I drink lots of coffee with butter, coconut oil and also mct oil. I add a touch of cinnamon. At least 4 times a day. I try not to drink for a hour after eating. I eat FATTY meat. Rib eye is good, beef ribs are the best for me. I struggle to eat more and more fat. I use also in my coffee heavy cream or half half. I get maybe 1500 calories a day from the coffee mixes. I do bone broth i make but not religiously. I should. I eat a few nuts, maybe like 2 or 3 nuts from like several varieties. Also fruit, just a bite of berries and pineapple. Literally a bite, ALWAYS after my meal is done. In my mind this is to keep my microbiome tuned to some different things that are not bad. Anyway.....i appreciate your sharing. Hope we both are around to share war stories in 5 years. Thanks Jason
Thanks a lot for sharing this! We'll both definitely be around in five years to share war stories! I took a screenshot of this and saved it! If you check out my current videos, you'll see I'm doing an animal fat fast. I hope this actually works. I have high hopes. With cancer, usually, it's not a great thing, but this time I do believe the fasting can help a lot. Just fat should help keep the weight on!
@jasonwatson6104 the idea of a fast , eating fats is not an idea I have heard before. Seems it will boost your ketones, thou you are mostly meat anyway. My ketones ran from. 3 to 4 for the first 9 or 10 months or so. Some said it was because my body wasn't used to run on ketones and it was a runoff, or excess...didn't quite understand. Lately I have dropped to much lower. But I am renewing my efforts. I started to taking to some carbs when I lost over 30% of my body weight. My wife said I looked like a POW. Now I have bottomed out I think and can eat more than I used to. It took getting used to. Lots of bacon and dairy fats. I keep learning what works and trying new things
That's the name of the game, my friend! Just keep trying new things and growing! This stuff isn't cut and dry! I am glad you have found me and joined us for this journey!
@@jasonwatson6104 I hope we all find all of those willing to heal and explore what modern medicine turns it's back on. If tou haven't seen Dr. Dom D'Agistino, a professor In south Florida. Tampa area. He works with Seyfried on some things. He may shine some light on questions you may have

So much great information in this interview! Thank you!!

Hi Jason,
Saw your Dr Baker interview now here listening. I admire your drive to try work your way through this most difficult journey.
Not sure if you have stumbled upon this in your research yet - but many in the keto/carnivore world are doing sardine fasts/challenges and getting amazing levels of ketones and lower glucose readings than normal. Usually seems people are doing 3 days as the length. Can add butter for more fat, use mustard or hot sauce to make more appealing. Brunswick brand in Canada is in spring water. Might be worth adding to the regime.
Wishing you all the luck and the ongoing will to persevere.
Sardines, fast! I hate sardines, but food is medicine, and if it works, I would definitely try this! Great idea! Thank you so much for sharing! If I end up trying this, I will definitely make a video!

Hey Jason: I saw you on Shawn Bakers interview too. I shared this video on my Facebook page. Have you seen any of Ribeye Rachel's videos. She has a pretty amazing story. I don't remember if cancer was in her long list of conditions but she has turned most of it around using Lion diet and other therapies. Thought she might be some good inspiration for you. Blessings
Thank you so much! I really appreciate the sharing! I have not heard of her. I am driving today, so I will definitely check her out!
Thank you Jason for having the Professor on your channel. BIG thank you to Professor Seyfried for making himself available and championing this cause. I did not realize his protocol is so technical. I heard it elsewhere the importance of precision level implementation of his protocol. Once implemented correctly positive results invariably follow.
I have advanced prostate cancer and standard of care wants to put me through hell and I refuse to do it. They use the word cure for my situation. Cure, are you serious? Professor puts is so succinctly, we do not cure. We manage the disease which is the correct response. Once our cells are disregulated leading to the cancer. The problem is there for life and it is up to us to manage it for longevity.
He is a champion! And yes I can't thank him enough!
God bless you Jason
Thank you. God bless.
Just listen to you on Shawn Bakers podcast. I've just subscribed to your channel. More power to you Jason!!

Is there any video that explains how to manage glutamine for brain tumors?
Yes, but allow me to summarize. You need a drug called DON. Below I will explain in detail, but first, it is very difficult to obtain, so you have to do the hard work. Glucose is still the primary fuel source for cancer. You need to get GKI down as low as possible, so cut out all carbs and sugars, including most fruits. Test GKI regularly. Buy the kito mojo meter from usa. Hard to get if you dont live there. I hade someone living there buy me mine and mail to me.Prolonged fasting (water only) for 5+ days with mild exercise will lower glutamine. Also, fenbendazole or embendazole will lower glucose and glutamine uptake to cells. Remember, glutamine is what the cancer uses for replication, and glucose is for energy. Below are the drugs you can use that pack a huge punch but are almost impossible to obtain.
The drug, 6-Diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine (DON), can be effective in targeting the glutamine pathway, but the drug is difficult to obtain and must be administered intravenously by a trained medical professional. Patients would need to find a physician that can order DON from the company and administer this intravenously according to the dosage information in the Magill et al., Sullivan et al., and the Mueller et al., papers. Sodium phenylbutyrate can also be effective in removing excess glutamine from the blood. Any physician can prescribe this medication. However this drug is used in children with metobolic disorders and in short supply. May be tough to find a physyscian willing to risk this off labell use!
If you have more questions i will lose your responses to this in the comments so email me at j_watson@live.ca
@@jasonwatson6104 thank you - will email you.

You are welcome!
Thank you for what you are doing to help educate people with cancer. My wife has stage four lung cancer. She has reached the end of her chemo treatments. She’s had the surgery, radiation and several different chemo. Now we are looking for trials and she wants to do keto diet. So if you know what trials that would benefit her we would be so grateful. Also her cancer has a mutation call KRAS G12V. We are in central Texas.
Tell her to go carnivore. Meat salt and water. Along with the chemo, she will start improving, just like Jason!
Hey, I'm really sorry to hear that. I know there are a lot of trials out there, and it's tough not knowing what the results will be. Can we know who Dr Thomas Seyfried colleagues are on the Frontlines fighting using this approach?
He has a whole team. His expert in Gioblastoma should have a video coming out on HomesteadHow very shortly. So whatch for that. I would love to know who else there is! Great question!
My understanding is that I'm as a carnivore not able to get cancer because my body doesn't has fuel for cancer cells.
Well, you could get cancer, but it wouldn't grow as quickly. And there's no fuel, so it could potentially die off right away. Diet, fasting, and glutamine reducers like fembendazole and DON is usually what it takes to shrink cancer.
Hi Jason, wishing all the best to you. I've read in several places that cancer doesn't like alkaline environments and baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) is one of the most potent alkalizers. You could give it a try taking a small tea spoon of baking soda a day for a few days to see how your body reacts. Just my 2 cents here, keep going with the carnivore diet, remember to add pure sea salt instead of regular table salt, and all the best in your journey!
I started this 2 weeks ago! In horse racing in ontario, this is illegal due to it neutralizing lactic acid in the horse on the last lap. The horse runs 1 second or so faster. They do random ph tests, and if the horses ph is to high, they are fine and suspend the trainer. Cancers by product is lactic acid. I started this and instantly felt 100 times better!
@@jasonwatson6104 That's great to hear, with that and carnivore + sea salt you should be in very good hands! Looking forward to follow your progress in your upcoming videos
How does this explain people that go into remission without being on this diet? And are on regular chemotherapy
In the 45 minute you mention DON or DAWN? What is that? Getting access to it if you had cancer
Email me if you need links on where to get it.
The drug, 6-Diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine (DON), can be effective in targeting the glutamine pathway, but the drug is difficult to obtain and must be administered intravenously by a trained medical professional. Attached is information from a company that sells DON. I have validated the therapeutic efficacy of their product. Patients would need to find a physician that can order DON from the company and administer this intravenously according to the dosage information in the Magill et al., Sullivan et al., and the Mueller et al., papers (attached). Sodium phenylbutyrate can also be effective in removing excess glutamine from the blood. Any physician can prescribe this medication.
Water only fasting is an important piece to this protocol but still limited with respect to reducing glutamine. Will dry fasting increase reduction in a significant way?
Dry fasting is awesome! I am going to try this after my current fast! Glutamine is tricky because all cells need it. Dry fasting is like 3 times the benefit as water only. There are repurposed drugs that interupt the glutamine path way like fembendazole. Also DON.
@@jasonwatson6104 Yes..I'm just getting into it...gearing up for a 5-7d next month.. Curious, how does one test glutamine levels, and how does one know if they have gotten their levels low enough to impair cancer cells/tumors?
You can't test glutamine. Honestly, just get your body below 2.0 gki. Check out my protocol video. Repurposed drugs will interrupt glutamin enough. Also, fasting and exercise. Also, see fembendazole notes I will put here. Usually, I ask for an email to send this stuff but low on time. Please dont stress on glutamine. I know DON is the best. Check out proffessor seyfrieds latest publication press pulse. Press cancer with low gki and pulse it with hyperbaric oxogen and high dose vitamine c.
Fenbendazole Mode-Of Action
How does this amazing drug work in relation to cancer?
Fenbendazole has the ability to fight cancer by halting the mitosis of cancer cells through multiple pathways.
1) It bonds to and disrupts the micro tubulin of abnormal cells.
2) It inhibits glucose delivery to cancer cells.
3) It reduces glucose uptake in cancer cells by down regulating GLUT transporters.
4) It acts as a kinase inhibitor and helps block the formation of new blood vessels necessary for tumors to survive.
5) It stimulates the P53 to suppress and fight tumors.
I really hope this helps. Email me for more information. I have loads of protocols and things I can share.
@@jasonwatson6104 Man...great reply and thanks for taking the time....I'm not currently diagnosed with cancer..I'm in prevention mode...although, after years of consuming nothing but crap food daily, I know I'm not free of cancerous cells, but have not have any of them manifest into anything noticeable. I'm just now getting into dry fasting. Gki tracking is difficult. Urine strips aren't reliable in my view, and blood monitoring is expensive..I do monitor glucose and definitely maintain an optimal range at all times...😀
I'm currently receiving Keytruda thru Kaiser. I am able to function well while on this therapy. Sure, I'd prefer to prefer to be treated a "Seyfried Clinic", but unaware of that being possible. Beside, I probably dont the $$ needed. I just measured my GKI as 1.68, probably owing to my strict attention to Dr Seyfried's advice. I wonder if there are/is any group in the southern calif. area which encourages people like me to compare Melanoma ??
That would be so cool if there was! If not you have this community here! Great work on the GKI! Keep going!
Look into Rigvir Virus Treatment. It is a live virus that seems out cancer infects it and kills it, the nice thing it only targets the cancer.
It's approved for Melanoma in Latvia where it was discovered.
Great interview thank you. I got diagnosed with stage 3A Colon cancer,😢 March this year right now I'm taking chemotherapy i live in the UK. please tell me what to do i need advice, sorry if there's spelling mistake English is not my first language. Many thanks 🙏 in advance,
I was very direc and blunt on new protocol in this video. If you need more help email me to set up a call. j_watson@live.ca

hello Jason, can we get the professor to explain lactate? In the Drive podcast hosted by Peter Attia episode 312 - A masterclass in lactate him and another scientist were discussing the role of lactate and that mitochondria's prefer fuel is lactic acid. I remember Dr Seyfried explaining that lactic acid is a by-product produced by cancer cells that the liver would used to convert back to glucose. Is Peter's guest on his podcast missing something? I mean the science is beyond my understanding that's for sure
I would love to have the professor back!
what are the drugs to block the glutamine?
DON. There are outhers as well. Email me for more information. j_watson@live.ca
