Sir if one of the opponent proved that the patentee intentionally unpaid renewal fee, then what is the status of lapsed patent , ceased or abandoned or anything else, plz clarify my doubt sir..

Let's answer this step by step - who is the opponent here? What is he opposing here? He/She is opposing the patentee's application to restore a lapsed patent. So, it the opponent is successful in opposing the "application", what is output? The patent doesn't get restored - it get's lapsed/abandoned - whatever you want to call ot.
