I have a winged scapula that wings when I lift my arm. My back feels tight in the middle near the spine where you said the trapezoids are. I also have a tight muscle that pulls in what feels like my arm pit.
When I lift my arm and make a punching motion there's a popping clicking noise. My X ray said nothing was wrong with my bones and I wasn't approved for an MRI.
It was suggested by the therapist that I may have muscle wasting in my deltoid from a bench-pressing injury I suffered.
I just want my mobility back
