Very nice video on the Monitor Top! I'm not much of a cook, but I sure appreciate seeing the old recipe book. Lots of time and effort went into these, I am sure! The Monitor Top fridges have a very devoted following even to this day! The engineering GE put into them still amazes me every time I have one in the shop for repairs. Most of those repairs are very minor, only replacing perished rubber parts such as the wiring or door seals. Even after more than 80 years you hardly ever see internal mechanical problems.
