our shots are typically within the 30s range, we pull a 1:1.7 ratio.

Thanks for the real time action! Hey Josh, which grinders are you using that green By weight, and do you recommend them? (it would be helpful if you could do more of a close-up as your milk steaming)

We are currently using the Malkonig e65gbw and the fiorenzato F64 pro gbw. Hands down the e65s gbw wins in terms of accuracy and workflow. Don't bother with the F64 fiorenzato. Thanks, will look into how we can show a top down view while steaming.

@@hisbrewcoffee I’m guessing the fiorenzato has a worse scale system. Besides that if it were a time based system would you say it’s ok? Are the Mahlkonig burrs better? Also can the Fiorenzato burrs be changed to SSP? I was thinking of doing a coffee cart with a Fiorenzato F64 evo but maybe with SSP burrs. I could use the Ceado E37S that I have with either the stock burrs or the SSP Sweet lab burrs but it needs WDT after every grind so it will be annoying.
